Book excerpt: My name is Silverhill Magic Vanilla Beans, but you can call me Beans :o-) I was born December 31, 2011 in Monrovia, Ca. My Ma adopted me when I was 2 months old and started teaching me signs the day I joined the family. Oh, I'm deaf (well, mostly...I can hear some sounds in my left ear, but not many), but that doesn't prevent me from being the best whippet I know how to be! I love to surf, run at the beach, travel, and meet new friends! The most important part of me is my Ma. I really think I am with her because she needs me and I need her. We are a team and focus on bringing each other love and happiness, whether we are working or playing, we are doing it all together. I hope you enjoy my first book.
