Ce mémoire traite de travaux concernant l'autoinflammation et l'oxydation de divers hydrocarbures entre 600 et 1000 K à haute pression. Il s'agit d'études expérimentales et par modélisation. L'outil expérimental est une machine à compression rapide (MCR). Les phénoménologies de l'autoinflammation en MCR de divers hydrocarbures (alcanes, pent-1-ène, n-butylbenzène) sont comparées à l'aide de grandeurs préalablement définies permettant de caractériser ce phénomène. L'apport des travaux pour la compréhension des mécanismes d'oxydation des alcanes entre 600 et 1000 K à haute pression est décrit. La modélisation des phénomènes est abordée au travers d'une série d'alcanes (n-butane, n-heptane, isomères du pentane), le pent-1-ène et le n-butylbenzène.
