Der theoretische Teil endet mit der Darstellung des diagnostischen Prozesses. Auf dieser Wissengrundlage werden praktische Hilfsmöglichkeiten vorgestellt, die im schulischen Alltag eingesetzt werden können, um eine förderliche Lernsituation für alle zu schaffen. So werden z.B. Werkzeuge zur Stärkung der Handlungsplanung sowie zum Ausbau der Orientierungs- und Strukturierungsfähigkeiten aufgezeigt. Darüber hinaus werden Tipps für die Gestaltung offenerer Situationen (wie Pausen) und zur Kontaktgestaltung mit Gleichaltrigen an die Hand gegeben. Auch sozialrechtliche Aspekte wie Teilhabeassistenz, Nachteilsausgleich etc. werden erläutert.
