Tirée des travaux du colloque COMPARISK2013, la démarche de l’ouvrage est ainsi d’ouvrir à de nombreux horizons et débats. Le but est de s’inscrire au-delà de la séparation disciplinaire et de favoriser la compréhension des RPS. Cet ouvrage regroupe 25 contributions de chercheurs reconnus venant de France, mais aussi de Belgique, du Japon, de Norvège et du Québec. Ce travail accueille également des contributions de membres du groupe francophone de recherche sur les RPS « Enjeux psychosociaux, travail et organisations » (EPTO). L’ouvrage associe les contributions marquantes du colloque COMPARISK2013 enrichies par leurs auteurs à des contributions supplémentaires. L’ouvrage affiche une volonté de répondre à l’objectif d’offrir aux lecteurs – chercheurs, praticiens, étudiants – des approches diversifiées des dimensions essentielles des risques psychosociaux au travail. Un large recueil de disciplines et de textes rédigés par des auteurs reconnus permettra aux lecteurs d’aborder la question des risques psychosociaux de manière élargie ou spécifique. L’ouvrage questionne les différentes manières de s’interroger sur les risques psychosociaux et sur la définition des enjeux qui leur sont propres pour ensuite s’intéresser plus directement à l’organisation du travail, au stress, à la dépression et au burn out, au suicide et aux manifestations somatiques. Chacun de ces chapitres est accompagné d’une contribution chapeau permettant d’introduire des contributions plus spécifiques. Le débat se complète enfin d’une annexe consacrée à l’exploration des cas de suicide en recherche."
