The main arguments of the TNE deal with the study of diverse neuronal lineages and their sophisticated specialization (Neuronalism and the "neurons knowledge"). A second argument is the "Protein Epistem" determining this specialization degree, and the third is associated with connectionism. The essential unit of the TNE formula is the Fractal Coincidental Pattern (FCP) used for evaluating the multiple-vectorial probabilities of this "small world" during the quantal release of neurotransmitters.
