Folglich kann es auch keinen Unterricht ohne Störungen geben, denn in der Schule arbeiten Schüler/innen und Lehrende mehrere Stunden am Tag auf engstem Raum zusammen. In dem dabei entstehenden "dichten Geflecht kommunikativer Auseinandersetzungen", welches sich durch eine "hohe Komplexität von verbalen und nonverbalen, kognitiven und emotiven Elementen auszeichnet", ist die Entstehung von Missverständnissen und Störungen zu erwarten. "So betrachtet ist die Störung die Normalität" und sie ist "deshalb täglich, ständig und im Unterricht jeder Lehrperson - in unterschiedlicher Ausprägung und Häufigkeit - anzutreffen" . Nach langer Zeit der Verdrängung des Problems und einer krampfhaften Idealisierung des Unterrichtes gibt es mittlerweile eine große Bandbreite von Literatur zum Thema "Unterrichtsstörungen". In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll aggressives Verhalten als schwere Form von Unterrichtsstörungen genauer betrachtet werden. In den letzten Jahren scheint die Gewalt an Schulen, zumindest ihre Schärfe, und die Aggressivität von Schülern/Schülerinnen zugenommen zu haben. Die Süddeutsche Zeitung tituliert: "Die Schule der Gewalt. [...] Über deutschen Schulen liegt eine Atmosphäre der latenten Gewalttätigkeit" und auch der Spiegel berichtet über Gewalt an Schulen mit der einschlägigen Überschrift: "Wenn du auf Streber machst, bist du tot" . Lehrkrafte beklagen vor allem das mangelnde Anpassungsvermogen dieser Schuler an andere Peers in Gruppenarbeitssituationen und die starke Tendenz zu Verweigerung und aggressivem Verhalten. In zunehmendem Masse als besonders belastend beschreibt die Lehrerin den Umgang mit Schulern, die ihr gegenuber ein sehr widerspruchliches Verhalten zeigen - sie bewegen sich in einem Kontinuum zwischen extrem Nahe suchend" und aggressiv ausagierend." Hier scheinen Lehrkrafte an die Grenzen solcher vorwiegend behavioristisch - kognitionspsychologisch ausgerichteter Konzepte zur Klassenfuhrung zu stossen. Um ihrer padagogischen Aufgabe gerecht zu werden, verstehen Lehrkrafte die Arbeit mit diesen schwierigen" Schulern unter der Massgabe Erziehung geht vor" bzw. besser noch Beziehung geht vor," scheitern aber allzu haufig gerade an Letzterem. Gestaltet sich der Beziehungsaufbau derart problematisch wie im Fallbeispiel beschrieben, versagen die Strategien des Classroom Managements, das ja, so Eichhorn, auf einer guten Lehrer - Schuler - Beziehung basiert."
