En esta obra se presenta un planteamiento teorico-practico, en el cual, teniendo como base el desarrollo de niveles basicos de competencia motriz, se integra de forma paralela el aprendizaje significativo de conceptos sobre el cuerpo y su relacion con el movimiento y el ejercicio, el conocimiento del sistema cardio-respiratorio y la higiene postural. La intervencion didactica que en este libro se propone pretende construir una cultura y facilitar la adquisicion de competencias practicas para un desarrollo autonomo de la motricidad dentro y fuera del entorno escolar.
