En outre, de l'or et de l'aluminium ont été déposés par épitaxie par jets moléculaires (MBE) sur deux différents plans polaires de CdZnTe. Le comportement de l'interface de CdZnTe et les contacts métalliques, y compris la réaction chimique d'interface et la hauteur de barrière de Schottky (SBH) ont été étudiés en détail.
