ISRR is the biennial meeting of the International Foundation of Robotic Research (IFRR) and its 16th edition took place in Singapore over the period 16th to 19th December 2013. Service robots are those that work closely with humans to help them with their lives. The first FSR was held in Canberra, Australia, in 1997.
