Jahrhundert wurden Menschen mit Behinderungen von vielen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen ausgeschlossen und galten als nicht bildungsfähig. Erst durch die Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention 2009 wurde Inklusion ein verpflichtender Bestandteil von Schule. Mithilfe von inklusiven Schulen, sollen Menschen mit Behinderungen die gleichen Chancen in der freien Gesellschaft erlangen. Schulen stehen somit vor der Herausforderung, sich im Inklusionsparadigma weiterzuentwickeln. Die Vermeidung von Exklusion und Herstellung von gleichen Bildungschancen zählen seit jeher zu den Aufgaben der Schulsozialarbeit. Somit sind Schulsozialarbeiter/innen auch für die Entwicklung von integrativen Schulen zuständig. Doch der Inklusionsprozess stellt auch Schulsozialarbeit vor eine neue Herausforderung. Schulsozialarbeit kann seinen Beitrag im Inklusionsprozess nur leisten, wenn die Rahmenbedingen an Schulen darauf ausgerichtet sind. Für alle Beteiligten im Inklusionsprozess ist es wichtig, ihre Rolle zu kennen und zu wissen, wer für welche Aufgaben zuständig ist. Daraus ergibt sich die Frage: welche Chancen und Möglichkeiten ergeben sich für Schulsozialarbeiter/innen im Inklusionsparadigma? Wo stößt auch die Schulsozialarbeit an ihre Grenzen? Ziel der Arbeit ist es zunächst dem Leser einen Überblick über den Inhalt der UN- Behindertenrechtskonvention zu geben und somit auf die derzeitige Situation von Inklusion an Schule aufmerksam zu machen. Des Weiteren soll der Begriff Inklusion, besonders in Bezug auf die Umsetzung an Schulen, definiert werden. Anschließend wird ein Überblick über die Entwicklung und die Aufgaben von Schulsozialarbeit gegeben. Im analytischen Teil sollen dann Chancen und Grenzen von Schulsozialarbeit im Inklusionsprozess veranschaulicht und gegenübergestellt werden. Über Inklusion an allgemeinen Schulen gibt es viele verschiedene Meinungen. Diese sollen in dieser Arbeit nicht diskutiert werden. Die Notwendigkeit von Inklusion wird vorausgesetzt.

Dabei gehe ich vor allem auf die Kooperation von SchulsozialarbeiterInnen mit Lehrkräften und Eltern ein. Zum Schluss reflektiere ich kurz im Fazit meine Erkenntnisse, die ich durch diese Arbeit gewonnen habe. Die Gesellschaft war in den vergangenen Jahren vermehrt von der Diskussion geprägt, ob Kinder mit Behinderung an allgemeinen Schulen unterrichtet werden sollten oder die Betreuung & Lehre in einer gesonderten Schule geeigneter wäre. Doch spätestens seit dem Übereinkommen der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention, welches im Jahr 2008 in Kraft getreten ist und im Jahr 2009 in Deutschland unterzeichnet wurde, ist Inklusion ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Schule geworden. Inklusive Schulen sollen behilflich sein, allen Menschen – mit oder ohne Behinderung – die Erlangung gleicher Chancen zu ermöglichen. Die Gewährleistung dieser Hilfe ist für die Schulen jedoch nicht so leicht umzusetzen.

This new phase of capitalism greatly enriched the top 5 percent of Americans, including capitalists and financial managers, but at a significant cost to the country as a whole. Declining domestic investment in manufacturing, unsustainable household debt, rising dependence on imports and financing, and the growth of a fragile and unwieldy global financial structure threaten the strength of the dollar. Unless these trends are reversed, the authors predict, the U.S. economy will face sharp decline.Summarizing a large amount of troubling data, the authors show that manufacturing has declined from 40 percent of GDP to under 10 percent in thirty years. Since consumption drives the American economy and since manufactured goods comprise the largest share of consumer purchases, clearly we will not be able to sustain the accumulating trade deficits.Rather than blame individuals, such as Greenspan or Bernanke, the authors focus on larger forces. Repairing the breach in our economy will require limits on free trade and the free international movement of capital; policies aimed at improving education, research, and infrastructure; reindustrialization; and the taxation of higher incomes.
