En effet, près de 130 000 filles et 35 000 garçons sont victimes de viols et de tentatives de viol chaque année en France. Entre 2007-2016, 45 % des condamnés pour VS étaient âgés de moins de 16 ans. Compte tenu des conséquences psychiques et somatiques, le rôle de professionnels de santé est d'assurer une prise en charge précoce et de minimiser le risque de victimation secondaire. Pour cela les soignants doivent être impérativement sensibilisés et formés à cette problématique. Méthode : L'enquête a été menée par auto-questionnaire auprès de 68 professionnels de pédopsychiatrie de la FBS de la Manche et du CHE. Il s'agissait de comprendre leurs difficultés face à des patients victimes et/ou auteurs de violences sexuelles et de connaître les formations dont ils ont pu bénéficier. Résultats : 54,4% de soignants ont rencontré des difficultés dans les prises en charge de ces patients. Les problématiques étaient liées au dépistage, au cadre juridique méconnu et à la psychopathologie complexe. 77,9% des soignants n'ont pas été formés au sujet des violences sexuelles. Nous avons constaté que la majorité des répondants (80,9 %) ne connaissaient ni de structures proposant des formations, ni de structure prenant en charge des patients concernés par les violences sexuelles (79,1 %). De plus, nous avons observé qu'il existe une méconnaissance et/ou confusion du fonctionnement et des missions des structures existantes. Conclusion : Le renforcement des formations des professionnels du secteur sanitaire sur les violences sexuelles pourrait améliorer le dépistage et assurer une prise en charge adaptée.

Les professionnels de santé sont parfois les premiers interlocuteurs du récit de ces violences, et ont un rôle à jouer dans leur prise en charge. L'objectif de ce travail était de préciser le contexte de survenue des violences sexuelles et les logiques qui sous-tendent l'accès au soin des femmes demandeuses d'asile. Méthode : nous avons mené une étude qualitative inspirée de la théorisation ancrée, dans le cadre d'une étude mixte séquentielle quantitative puis qualitative. Les entretiens ont été menés jusqu'à saturation des données, à l'aide d'un échantillonnage théorique. Ils abordaient le récit des violences et les expériences de recours au soin. Ils étaient enregistrés, intégralement retranscrits, puis ont fait l'objet d'une analyse inductive triangulée par 2 chercheuses. Résultats : le parcours de soin des femmes était lié à leur situation résidentielle et légale. La précarité entretenait le risque de violence et la recherche de sécurité primait sur le recours au soin. L'entrée dans le soin était centrée en premier lieu sur les maux physiques et le récit des violences s'ouvrait à un moment adapté avec un interlocuteur formulant une demande active. La parole devenait source de mieux être et la prise en charge des violences sexuelles entrainait la découverte des possibilités de soin, physique et psychique. Discussion : l'abord des violences sexuelles passe par une approche centrée patient, intégrant les facteurs de risque propres aux femmes demandeuses d'asile. Celles-ci rapportaient un vécu positif des soins prodigués par des soignants proactifs vis à vis de la prise en charge des violences sexuelles. Au vu de l'impact bénéfique et de la proportion importante des femmes demandeuses d'asile ayant vécu des violences sexuelles au moins une fois dans leur vie, un dépistage systématique des conséquences de ces violences doit être réalisé par l'ensemble des soignants.

The community attempted to create an atmosphere that made rehabilitation easier, and to change the traditional antagonistic relationship between guards and prisoners. The first fifty prisoners - in all 400 would participate - were all persistent offenders ranging in age from 25 to 35. All had a history of violent crime outside and inside prison. The 40 guards were middle aged, white (the inmates were mostly black) and had spent longer years in prison than those they guarded. Deprived of punitive responses, they had to work unarmed with prisoners who were out of their cells 16 hours a day, every day. The book gives a history of therapeutic communities generally and the origins of the Dannemora experiment, discusses how guards were selected and trained and how prisoners were selected, and includes the minutes of the first six months of meetings. Other chapters discuss homosexuality, race relations, university work in prisons, a reunion with Dannemora "grads" in New York City, and describe a visit back to Dannemora a few years later.
