This book was released on 2011-05-01 with total page 167 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this devoutly Christian book, Bertha L. Hicks-Drake tells the story of a woman who has been overlooked in the Bible. Described in Revelation 12 as appearing in heaven with a male child, this woman is no longer the enigma that has endured for hundreds of years. The woman's identity and standing in the Bible completes the story of Jesus Christ. Through the woman's narrative, highlighted in Wisdom Hidden in a Mystery, we learn how and why Jesus was chosen as the one to be the Son of God. The book reveals Jesus' identity before He was given this assignment and describes the beginning of the relationship that Jesus had with God. Deeply spiritual and powerfully moving, Wisdom Hidden in a Mystery will inform and strengthen the reader's faith.

Book Synopsis Perfect Fall Wedding by : Olabode Ososami
Download or read book Perfect Fall Wedding written by Olabode Ososami and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2011-10-17 with total page 233 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What is the Bible about? The Bible is about a fall wedding. Decades ago, many found the theme of Preparing for the return of Christ rather dour but not anymore. The mood has since changed. Today there is renewed interest in eschatology and understanding readiness for what God is preparing our minds for - the End Times. There is a strong sense of something new coming, something imminent that we have never seen or could ever conceive ... and the wise need to be prepared. Many heed the cry to return to the pathway of holiness as we approach the end of the world as we know it. The Jewish Feast of Trumpets, the first of the fall feasts, foretells a coming Royal Marriage of the Messiah ushered by the Rapture of the saints. "The Perfect Fall Wedding:The Coming of Christ" uses the metaphor of a Royal Wedding to bring to fore perhaps the most important and pertinent issue for us today - whether we are Christians or not ... and that is the rapture. There is nothing haphazard about the things we are witnessing and there is always a latent faith perspective to the headlines.

Book Synopsis The Root of Christianity by : Michael Helfrich
Download or read book The Root of Christianity written by Michael Helfrich and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2013-02-06 with total page 191 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Words mean things and how you use them either maintains there meaning or belittles it and destroys its total value. Such is the word awesome. When our youth use the word awesome for cars, Androids, or even their girlfriend, they are belittling the words characterization. The word awesome should only be used for the greatness of the Lord God or His works for mankind. It can be used for something that is greater than itself and stands out above all others. This book cover represents the awesomeness of God and His creation. As the Scripture declares, the universe fits between the span of Gods hand. This is awesome, and it is unfathomable in mans contemplating of it. If this is awesome, how can you compare anything to it? Our universe is billions of light years across, and we have no knowledge as to its size, for we have nothing to compare it too; however, what does this say about the awesomeness of God. God does not have hands or legs but uses them as idioms for our comprehension. Even with idioms, it is incomprehensible to realize just how awesome God really is. Scripture speaks of God as omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all-powerful), and omnipresent (everywhere); and with this in mind, He is wisdom and is sovereign (ruler) over all His creation. He is maintaining everything by His character and for His glory, and His ways are above our ways and His thoughts are above our thoughts.
