Book excerpt: • Shares detailed accounts from people who have experienced time slips, including the author’s own experiences, as well as the practices of shamans, yoga masters, and Samadhi mystics who use trance-like meditative states to travel outside normal space and time • Offers step-by-step exercises to prepare you to experience time shifts, to help set them up, and to enhance the experience when you have slipped through time • Examines criticisms of and scientific support for this phenomenon, debunking claims that time slips are delusions or remembrances of past lives and showing that they may be related to energy vortices, black holes, or astral travel Every now and then somebody reports stepping out of normal time and space. It doesn’t seem to matter where they live or their background--the veil of ordinary reality drops and they suddenly slip into the past or future, usually seamlessly and unknowingly, experiencing a temporary and accidental form of time travel. Sharing detailed accounts from people who have experienced time slips and shifts between realities, including his own experiences, Von Braschler examines what their stories have in common to establish the pattern behind how these sudden slips in time occur. He examines criticisms of and scientific support for this phenomenon, debunking claims that time slips are delusions, implanted memories, or remembrances of past lives and showing that they may be related to energy vortices, tears in the fabric of our reality, black holes, astral travel, or light body movements. Studying reliable models from both the West and the East, he compares these excursions with shamanic journeying and the practices of yoga masters and Samadhi mystics, who use trance-like meditative states to travel outside normal space and time. Exploring the work of Einstein and other physicists, the author also examines the different speed with which time passes in ordinary reality and during time shifts--people will find that only a few minutes has elapsed for a time-shift experience that appeared to take hours. Offering step-by-step exercises to prepare you to experience time shifts, to help set them up, and to enhance the experience when you have slipped through time, the author provides a road map allowing anyone to explore shifts in time and space and expand their awareness beyond ordinary reality.

Book excerpt: Mme. Blavatsky's famous transcribed messages from beyond, the mysterious Book of Dzyan, the heart of the sacred books of Kie-te, are said once to have been known only to Tibetan mystics. Quotations from Dzyan form the core of her closely-argued work The Secret Doctrine, the most influential single book of occult knowledge to emerge from the last century. The text of the book reproduces nearly all of the Book of Dzyan that Blavatsky transcribed. It also includes long excerpts from her Secret Doctrine as well as from the Society of Psychical Research's 1885 report concerning phenomena witnessed by members of the Theosophical Society. There are notes and additional shorter materials. Editor Maroney's biographical essay starts off the book, a fascinating portrait of an amazing woman.

Book excerpt: The book that inspired the major History Channel special, "God Code," shows there is more to the Bible than meets the eye--messages from God hidden for ages, now revealed by modern computer technology. Imagine you are a young, ambitious, successful appraiser of artifacts and antiquities--your services in demand by many of the most powerful individuals and branches of government in Washington, D. C. Your future could not seem brighter--except for a troubling dream... with the same mysterious message... on the same exact date... three years in a row. Timothy P. Smith, heir to a renowned family business responsible for construction or renovation of some of America's most cherished landmarks, struggled to understand the significance of his recurring dream... until he had another dream--one that identified a specific location where it seemed he might find answers to his questions. So Timothy drove to a remote spot in British Columbia. There the adventure--which later led to a startling discovery in the oldest Hebrew text of the Bible--began. It took the convergence of the sacred text, one man's life, and modern computer technology to reveal messages that may explain dramatic world events, as well as influence every person alive today. Welcome to The Chamberlain Key. What You Will Discover in The Chamberlain Key: - An encrypted code in Genesis, in the oldest known Hebrew text of the Old Testament, centuries before predicted the birth and resurrection of Jesus. - Scientific evidence that this encrypted code was authored by the divine hand of God. - Signs that there are more encrypted codes in this same Hebrew text that will lead to additional messages from God to humanity - Hidden clues that may lead to the location of long-missing sacred artifacts, such as the Ark of the Covenant - Insights on why Timothy P. Smith was chosen to uncover this encrypted code. - A dire warning that God wants us to hear--and heed. "However one wishes to interpret the meaning and significance of the text, they may rest assured that the text on which Timothy Smith bases his interpretation has almost certainly been there for a very long time, since before the birth of Christ." --Eugene Ulrich, Ph.D., Department of Theology, University of Notre Dame

Book excerpt: The Book of Dzyan is the first volume of Commentaries upon the seven secret folios of Kiu-te, and a Glossary of the public works of the same name. The thirty-five volumes of Kiu-te ought to be termed “the popularised version of the Secret Doctrine.” They are full of myths, blinds, and errors. On the other hand, the fourteen volumes of Commentaries — with their translations, annotations, and glossaries of Occult terms, worked out from one small archaic folio, the “Book of the Secret Wisdom of the World” — contain a digest of all the Occult Sciences. It is from the texts of all these works that the Secret Doctrine has been given in 1888.

Book excerpt: Sepher Yetzira is a second or third century Hebrew book that is considered to be the seminal work of Kabbalah because it is a mystical interpretation of the Old Testament's creation story, and Kabbalists delve beneath the surface of the Bible to understand the unspoken mysteries of how the world came to be. Ancient Secrets of Creation is a new translation and reinterpretation of Sepher Yetzira that provides the answers to questions about how God created the world, especially how the expression, "And God said" is used. Because of Sepher Yetzira's succinctness and the passage of time, its implicit meanings have been lost. However, this work provides a fresh understanding of Sepher Yetzira by rediscovering and clearly explaining those mathematical, scientific, philosophical, and theological foundations on which it rests. These include pertinent pre-Socratic Greek philosophies; the ideas of Plato, Plotinus, Iamblichus, Neopythagoreanism, and Neoplatonism; as well as the works of Philo of Alexandria, the Old Testament, and rabbinic understandings at the time that Sepher Yetzira was written. This translation and explication unlock the secrets hidden within the Hebrew-language text of Sepher Yetzira, the book that started Kabbalah.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Editors notes. The manuscript presents a comprehensive view of the Judeo-Christian Bible and the many areas that are open-and have been for many centuries-to different interpretations. It will be interesting reading for students of the Bible, particularly those who wish to study in depth passages that are considered, hidden, enigmatic, or cloaked in metaphoric language. It intrigues me that ever since the earliest days of Biblical Scripture, Rabbi's, Scholars, Christians and Catholics have and continue to decipher the creation account of the Genesis thousands of times over and we are still not satisfied. While the simple Christian says and holds firmly to it, (that the Bible is the infallible Word of God and takes it at face value), the Gnostic laughs at this and is somewhat the cause for his secret life as a Gnostic "Learned". For how could an English man who doesn't speak Hebrew suppose to be conversant with a Jew? It is impossible. So it is with a person that does not believe in Biblical secrets. Let the sincere milk of God's word remain for the children lest they become violently intoxicated, the "hard meat" for the adults, and the strong drink for those that seek the truth in deep and dark places.I believe the real answer to the "Great mystery of the Genesis" lies in the very question of why have we and continue in attempt to understand what is hidden in Biblical Scripture? It's hidden; and though the Gnostic may read the entire Bible twenty times thinking he gets it, still finds things he hadn't seen the previous time, and thus in never ending search to trace our roots. "But go thy way Daniel till the time of the end, knowledge shall be increased"(Dan 12:9). We are in no doubt increasing in knowledge and many smart conclusions are being made, but I have yet to see one that practices my methods. This book therefore is an entirely new field, at least in the last two thousand years. My predecessors (Jewish Rabbis) who lived two thousand years ago, did the exact thing I did and wrote the Zohar which in my mind, is the last known Secret Doctrine and is practically a mirror image to my book. The Authors of the Zohar used similar methods to my practices, the difference is, they deciphered the Hebrew Bible using numerology and gematria, wringing out deep meaning from every syllable of the texts of the Bible, while my methods encompasses riddle word equations, deciphering enigma words, revealing the true nature and meanings of parables, revealing what really occurred during the creation of the Genesis found in the King James Bible. One would wonder how two people could come up with more or less the same conclusions from what is not clearly seen in the Bible having lived two thousand years apart? The answer is: The entire story of creation is in metaphoric language and few there are that have been able to see this and discover how to decipher it. Second: The Bible is sort of like a computer program, which, if the program be transferred to another computer, (Language) its source or path is still ever present in the new language while maintaining its integrity, this is surfaced and seen in enigma words such as "Earth," sea, heaven, sun, moon, stars, day and night and many others, all of which common words, are multidimensional the fact that they carry multiple connotations, some of the presented words carry seven meanings or metaphors and once understood, one is able to clearly see behind the Face value.

Book excerpt: According to Jesus, the primary underlying message of his teachings was "hidden" from those who were not ready to know the truth (Mark 4.22 and Luke 19.42). This special knowledge is related to what is referred to in the Old Testament as the "secret things" of the Lord (Deuteronomy 29.29). Until now, the "sacred secrets of the kingdom of God," (Luke 8.10, Matthew13.11) have never been made public to the world. However, clues left to us in the writings of the ancient Gnostic Christians, as well as the Bible itself, have made it possible to understand and reveal these incredible hidden matters for the first time in the modern era. The result with shake the very foundations of Judeo-Christianity!What the ground-breaking findings reveal, is that almost everything that the world knows about the Bible were formulated by men who did not understand the true underlying history and teachings of God and Jesus. What the findings reveal is that almost everything that the world knows about God, Jesus, and the Bible is wrong.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Translated from the Slavonic by W.R. Morfill. Edited, with Introduction and Notes by R.H. Charles For 1200 years this book was known only to a few people in Russia. When it was finally revealed to the world in 1892, it was announced that it was a Slavonic version of The Book of Enoch. This was wrong, Once translated, it was found that we have an entirely different book on and about Enoch, described, by the editor, as having no less value than the other book. This is a completely new and valuable pseudoepigraph, one which every person should read who is interested in Apocalyptic literature and the origins of Christianity. This particular book was read extensively by many separate Christian groups during the first three centuries, and it has left us today with many traces of its influence. It is now time to bring this book back into print so we may relearn its value to the world. This work was written in Egypt and we have determined that its author or original editor was a Hellenistic Jew. The Greek original has been lost to history, but the Slavonic text somehow survived. In its original Greek form it had a direct influence on the writers of the New Testament. This book was also referred to by Origen and used by the Church father, Irenaeus. It was read by, and considered valuable, by the heretics of the day in addition to mainstream Christians. This may be one reason why it was excluded from the Bible. We do not believe in banning or keeping hidden important works that have proven to be of such value in the past. We hope this book will enlighten and inform those who are seeking the truth.

Book excerpt: The contents of the verses of this book were chosen from the 12-volume work called The Book of True Life, and have been ordered by themes, resulting in a compendium that uses the original wording, but which offers the reader an introduction of more manageable size to this Divine work. The twelve volumes are made up of a total of 366 chronologically numbered "Teachings". Although this book is arranged by topics, the Teachings are subdivided by verse numbers to facilitate their identification and for easy comparison between translations made to other languages. However, they are also identified, either singly, or at the end of a block of verses taken whole from the twelve volumes of The Book of True Life, by the original Teaching and Volume numbers for those, who wish to expand their knowledge of the work, or who wish to check the full context for citations they find to be of special interest. For example, a numerical citation such as: (356, 4-5) means: Teaching 356, verses four and five, of the original. Below, is a small table showing the Teaching numbers contained in each of the twelve volumes: Volume 1 1 - 28 Volume 7 175 - 207 Volume 2 29 - 54 Volume 8 208 - 241 Volume 3 55 - 82 Volume 9 242 - 276 Volume 4 83 - 110 Volume 10 277 - 309 Volume 5 111 - 142 Volume 11 310 - 338 Volume 6 143 - 174 Volume 12 339 - 366
