Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The world of our dreams is something more than our reality. It is in a dream where we can find ourselves in any point of space and time, where we learn secrets of the part, essence of the present and possibilities of the future. It is only in dreams where we can meet those who are no more with us, study options for forthcoming events or make our choice… Two states at all times most interesting for dreamers are lucid dreaming and prophetic dreams. However, no one ever considered them to be two equal types of dreams. One state is of interest for scientists and pragmatists; the other is for mystics, philosophers and esotery scientists. No one has ever thought them to exist on equal basis. Oneironauts participating in our project already use both aspects for several decades. When dreaming in a changed state of mind, every person is able to be an active participant of a lucid dream or a passive one – so-called information dream usually referred to as prophetic. What is important to know is that active dream involves deliberate actions while informative one is a passive contemplation and perception of information flows which does not depend on dreamer’s will and does not imply his corrections. The project is unique, and all the information you will find in this book, is published for the first time. One of the major goals of the project is to search dreamers for having joint dreams on the basis of certain setups called dream affirmations. For many of you most of this knowledge will mean real opportunity to manage your dreams and effectively use your connection with the unconsciousness and earth informational field, as well as find solutions to real problems, activate reserves of the organism, heal yourself, enter dreams of other people and meet those who are far from you in your dreams. There will be those of you who will open a new transcendent world with this book – a world which can change your life so much that you’ll become a completely different person seeing what others cannot see and experiencing new laws of the universe on your own.

Book excerpt: The social unconscious is vital for understanding persons and their groupings, ranging from families to societies, committees to organisations, and from small to median to large therapeutic groups, and essential for comprehensive clinical work. This series of volumes of contributions from an international network of psychoanalysts, analytical psychologists, group analysts and psychodramatists draw on the classical ideas of Freud, Klein and Jung, Bion, Foulkes and Moreno, and on contemporary relational perspectives, self-psychology and neuroscience. Volume 2 is concerned mainly with the foundation matrices of the social unconscious. It is focused on topics such as transmission, trauma, the foundation matrix, the social unconscious, the collective unconscious, totalitarianism, massification, and identity formation. It also includes discussions of the foundation matrices of a number of countries including Germany, Brazil, Japan, Israel, Ireland, and the Czech Republic.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This striking Lacanian contribution to discourse analysis is also a critique of contemporary psychological abstraction, as well as a reassessment of the radical opposition between psychology and psychoanalysis. This original introduction to Lacan’s work bridges the gap between discourseanalytical debates in social psychology and the social-theoretical extensions of discourse theory. David Pavón Cuéllar provides a precise definition and a detailed explanation of key Lacanian concepts, and illustrates how they may be put to work on a concrete discourse, in this case a fragment of an interview obtained by the author from the Mexican underground Popular Revolutionary Forces (EPR). Throughout the book, Lacanian concepts are compared to their counterparts in psychology. Such a comparison reveals insuperable incompatibilities between the two series of concepts. The author shows that Lacan’s psychoanalytical terminology can neither be translated nor assimilated to the terms of current psychology. Among the notions in actual or potential competition with Lacanian concepts, the book deals with those proposed by semiology, Marxism, phenomenology, constructionism, deconstruction, and hermeneutics. Taking a stand on those theoretical positions, each chapter includes detailed discussion of the contribution of classical approaches to language; including Barthes, Bakhtin, Althusser, Politzer, Wittgenstein, Berger and Luckmann, Derrida, and Ricoeur. There is sustained reference in the body of the text to the arguments of Lacan and Lacanians, of Miller, Milner, Soler, and Žižek. At the same time, in the extensive notes accompanying the text, there is a systematic reappraisal and reinterpretation of debates and pieces of research work in social psychology, especially in a discursive and critical domain that has incorporated elements of psychoanalytic theory.

The object of his research was the writings of the American performer Miss Frank Miller. After reading her papers, Jung decided the lady was developing an early stage of schizophrenia. Although he was eventually wrong, the work is considered one of his main works and belongs to his major opus "Symbols of Transformation" under the name "Miller Fantasies." Later in his life, Jung acknowledged that, in fact, he was trying to analyze his own psyche and referred to personal problems. _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_

Book excerpt: The relationship of mind to matter, and the very understanding of mind and matter still eludes understanding, even after millennia of philosophical work and centuries of scientific reflection. The present volume shows how process philosophy helps us in conceptualizing such problems. The reader will find twelve chapters—written by prominent specialists of various specializations—discussing the relation between a processual school of thinking and natural and psychological scientific research, with a focus on the problems of mind and experience. The three successive sections of the book scrutinise in increasing detail the human mind, to give the full overview of the role that process philosophy might play in providing a consistent, unified language for the description of physical and mental reality.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Visual archetypes are the DNA of culture. In artefacts and artworks, where archaeo-astronomers see ancient star maps, archaeologists see cultural traditions, and anthropologists see initiation secrets, appear a standard sequence of types, on an axial grid. Structural archaeology uses constellations as myth maps to find the structure of our perception. All inspired artists, in the Stone, Ice, Bronze and Iron Ages; Babylonians, Egyptians, Chinese, Celts, Mayans, Vikings and moderns, subconsciously express mindprint, our eternal artefact. The sixteen clusters of attributes are demonstrated in 200 examples of famous art and rock art works from every continent and culture. Archetypes are statistically proven, and their 'camouflage' is explained in terms of archaeology, anthropology, art history, psychology, philosophy, archaeo-astronomy, esoterica and spirituality. Readers will never look at art, artists or culture as a cumulative, learned or evolved craft again.
