Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We have a Choice: Peace or Hell. This collection of essays and poetry including the author’s experience of the Great Rays, offers reflections on choosing peace while living in a chaotic world. This world is not always a nice place with mass killings, wars, starvation and death! But, happiness and inner peace are possible because it’s a conscious choice, nurtured and attended to carefully. The world is dualistic with opposites; good - bad; love - fear and life - death. Consequently we inherited a dualistic split mind. The ego part chooses judgment and separation. It is NOT your friend being the opposite of love. It manipulates; gives only to get; must always win; is jealous; judges everyone and everything making you fearful and unhappy. Observing the ego is crucial for peace otherwise we don’t realize the problem. Question the thoughts that run on automatic. They cover the light and innocence that you are with no promise of peace or freedom. Help is available from the other part of your mind: the higher Self. After tiring of the pain and deciding to find another way, with an open mind we go to the stately calm within. Turning inward to quietness we ask for guidance from the Holy Spirit to see things differently. Now open to the gentle inner voice we choose a different perspective. We listen silently for the thought bringing wisdom and gradually removing the blocks to love shining within. We can’t do this with the ego. We need Help from truth residing in the mind. It is simple, life changing and it needs watchfulness and mind training. These essays will help in realizing your true identity: you are innocent; eternal; a Light in this world; you are needed and the promise of peace is worth the effort!

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The magical and spiritual uses of the seven sacred gemstones--diamond, sapphire, emerald, jasper, topaz, ruby, and amethyst • Explores each sacred gem’s effects on the seven facets of the soul and their corresponding virtues • Reveals their spiritual and therapeutic uses, the meaning of their colors, their ties to the chakras, and their historical use in amulets, talismans, and other magical tools • Outlines the basics of Seven Ray Science and the properties of each of the Seven Rays Taught solely in secret for millennia, the Science of the Seven Rays was introduced outside of the ancient mystery schools of Western and Hindu tradition by some of the great occultists of the late 19th and early 20th century: H. P. Blavatsky, Manly Hall, C. W. Leadbeater, and Alice Bailey. Based on the soul’s seven-faceted nature, the Seven Ray system underlies metaphysical traditions around the world through its connections with the seven musical notes in the scale, the seven days in the week, the seven chakras, the seven colors of the rainbow, and the seven sacred planets. Laying out the key principles behind this spiritual science, Michel Coquet explores the seven sacred gemstones of the Seven Rays--diamond, sapphire, emerald, jasper, topaz, ruby, and amethyst--and shows that not all precious stones have true mystical powers: they must be charged, either naturally or through ritual, with a living deva or angelic presence before they can effect spiritual transformation and physical, mental, and soul healing. Drawing on Hindu, Jewish, pre-Columbian, and Greco-Roman magical traditions with precious stones as well as their use by great initiates of history--including Hildegard von Bingen, Paracelsus, Cornelius Agrippa, Elias Ashmole, Nicholas Flamel, and the Count de Saint Germain--Coquet examines each sacred gem’s effects on the seven facets of the soul as well as their spiritual and therapeutic uses, the meaning of their colors, their influences on the chakras, and their use in amulets, talismans, and other magical tools. Illuminating techniques of invoking spirits into gemstones and reports of the power to enlarge diamonds at will, stones that produce anesthesia, and the use of gem medicines in India, Coquet reveals that while gems can influence our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, without daily work toward a gem’s corresponding virtue, even a consecrated stone will have no effect, for the most beautiful gems are within.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Frank West courageously tackles one of the most important issues in A Course in Miraclesdealing with the ego mind. He is wonderfully open in sharing his intimate life experiences and dreams with us, modeling effective ways of not letting the ego block his return to Love. His authentic and well-written book will be a source of inspiration to many. Henry Grayson, PhD, Author of Mindful Loving and The New Physics of Love .....a remarkable memoir of lessons learned, of growth from illusionary ego-living to fulfillment and well-being where Peace and Love abide. ....a fascinating first book, Frank writes with great sensitivity and vulnerability that teaches without teaching. I commend it to all on the Journey. Nan C. Merrill, author, Psalms for Praying In Frank Wests beautiful memoir From Guilt to the Gift of Miracles, we find the journey of a soul leading progressively through illusion, unhappiness and nightmares to a purging of darkness and the realization that; it is only as we learn to forgive and let go of illusion (i.e. nothing) that we can be healed ourselves and thereby have the opportunity of help others. Jon Mundy Ph.D. The Institute for Personal Religion - Publisher of Miracles magazine In From Guilt to the Gift of Miracles, psychotherapist Frank West gives us an intimate and moving memoir of his lifes journey of over eighty yearsfrom his growing up poor in a Pennsylvania coal town during the Depression, through his war experiences during World War II, to his postwar search for inner peace and true contact with the miraculous. His search led him first to the Christian ministry, then to a career as a psychotherapist and family counselor, and finally to his discovery of the remarkable spiritual path known as A Course in Miracles. Frank offers the reader the opportunity to benefit in a very real way from the personal experiences he recounts here, for it is Franks belief that the way the therapist heals his patientand by extension, all his brothers and sistersis by doing the long, careful, and ultimately holy work of healing himself. That is the healing Frank offers us in this remarkable book. That, and his unmovable faith that each and every one of us has already in his own mind the Love that is his true home, and that, together, we will find it.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In 2012 I began to write The Little Spark and The Great Rays. I had been a student of A Course In Miracles for eighteen years when I started to feel a strong urge to write about how it had vastly improved my life. As I sat down to type, it seemed natural that my story, intertwined with lessons from ACIM, was destined to be shared with the world. Part of the impulse to write stemmed from my unique "light experience" which occurred in the spring of 1980. At the time, I knew something life-changing had happened to me, but I had no frame of reference in which to place it. I did not realize just how important it was until 1994, after I discovered the true meaning of the Course. My first introduction to this groundbreaking book came in 1989, after I had opened a metaphysical boutique in central Connecticut. My decision to open Golden Hawk Book & Gift culminated from years of intense spiritual and intellectual self-discovery, as well as my great desire to share what I had learned with other knowledge seekers. My intention in opening the store was to help myself and others reach the elusive goals of personal and social transformation, and eventually, Enlightenment. In the early months of the store's opening, I was often by myself stocking the shelves with the latest New Age titles, such as Louise Hay's Heal Your Body and Shakti Gawain's Creative Visualization. It was during these quiet times I had the opportunity to peruse another highly regarded book, A Course In Miracles. My first several investigations of ACIM left me mystified. I simply couldn't understand it, no matter how hard I tried to concentrate on its many pages. I instinctively knew it was a unique and transcendent book; but I would put it back on the shelf shaking my head in confusion, hoping that its esoteric philosophy would someday become clear to me. Thankfully, the meaning of the Course was revealed shortly after I sold the store to a longtime customer in March of 1994. It was then I discovered the teachings of the inimitable Kenneth Wapnick, PhD. Ken's writings on the Course were easily comprehensible, and for the first time I realized the ultimate truth behind my amazing light experience which had been given to me so many years before -- it was nothing less than a Revelation from God! This little book comprises my reverent and humble attempt to describe in literal terms my personal experience of Revelation. Although you will be unable to completely comprehend the experience of Revelation by reading The Little Spark and The Great Rays, you can learn the spiritual steps which are recommended prior to attaining one of your own. By acknowledging your belief in the holy principles presented, and by diligently putting them into practice, you may or may not achieve Revelation in this lifetime. At the very least, you are sure to speed up your spiritual progress and bring yourself that much closer to Enlightenment in this, or a future life. That is my fondest hope.

We shall find ourselves able to co-operate more wisely with the Plan as it is seeking expression at any particular time”.

Book excerpt: "These Rays of Light will inspire people to live a life of purpose and prosperity filled with positive energy. They are truly brilliant and ingenious"-Charles Woodson,2009 NFL Defensive Player of the YearEverything is everythingSee life and "see" lifeMarcus Ray introduces an inspiring way to live a life of purpose via creative, clever, accurate, and enlightening quotes and sayings. He uses the common categories of Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding, Life, Relationships, Problem-Solving, Self-Help, Perspective, Do not Just because, and Light to guide the reader to see the light and embrace a new perspective on everyday life issues, experiences, and decision-making. Everything in this universe acts on one accord. Marcus Ray calls this concept 'everything is everything'. Rays of Light, Volume 1 "Let There Be Light" puts a different twist on traditional word play and quote books because it explains how everyday life experiences and everyday life activities are simply one in the same. If you live your life the same way you drive your car, there will be less life accidents. Rays of Light, Volume 1 "Let There Be Light" is full of energy, which is the fuel that drives the ship on this journey we call life. This non-traditional quote book encourages people to think on another level and view things in the physical with abstract eyes. Readers will handle situations more wisely and capture a new outlook on life. Look with your eyes, but see with your mind. Come out of the dark and enter the world of light.
