Nine subjects trained only with squat exercises whereas eight subjects trained with combined squat and plyometric exercises. All subjects trained twice a week for six weeks. A pre-test and post-test randomized groups design was utilized in this study. The statistical analysis was conducted using a paired t-test, and a repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA).
