Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book provides answers and details about the process of creation that are not available in any other traditions, religions, or areas of science. It offers the oldest rendition of the creation and presents insights into the spiritual purpose of it and what we are really meant to do here. Every culture in the world and most religions have their own descriptions of the creation, and ideas about from where we came and what we should do. Unfortunately, these are often short and generalized versions that lack details. Thus, they are often given no better regard than myths. However, there are descriptions that give more elaborate explanations of how the cosmic creation fully manifested which are found in the ancient Vedic Puranas of India, some of the oldest spiritual writings on the planet. These descriptions provide the details and answers that other versions leave out. Furthermore, these Vedic descriptions often agree, and sometimes disagree, with the modern scientific theories of creation, and offer some factors that science has yet to consider. Now, with this book, we can get a clearer understanding of how this universe appears, what is its real purpose, from where we really came, how we fit into the plan for the universe, and if there is a way out of here. Some of the many topics included are:? Comparisons between other creation legends.? Detailed descriptions of the dawn of creation and how the material energy developed and caused the formation of the cosmos.? What is the primary source of the material and spiritual elements.? Insights into the primal questions of, "Who am I? Why am I here? Where have I come from? What is the purpose of this universe and my life?" ? An alternative description of the evolutionary development of the various forms of life.? Seeing beyond the temporary nature of the material worlds, and more. This book will provide some of the most profound insights into these questions and topics. It will also give any theist more information and understanding about how the universe is indeed a creation of God.

Book excerpt: Knowing The Unknown - I Mysteries of Life Past, Present, and Future In this first book in the series, Knowing the Unknown: Mysteries of Life, we search for the answer to the question, "Who am I?" We embark on a journey, starting with the period when man first appears on this planet, and get a unique perspective on the meaning, origin, evolution, frontiers, and future of life. By integrating science, technology, anthropology and theology, we explore and discuss the top ten mysteries of life as we search for the truth about: * Origin of life and journey of mankind * Science, life, evolution & genetics * Religion, life, soul, and God * Intelligent design, creation vs. evolution * Frontiers, and future of life * Top ten mysteries of life During our journey, we take an interesting but objective look at the complexties of life from the perspectives of science and religion. We bring together the most recent research and observations, as we attempt to explain the meaning of life. Our journey unfolds the mysteries of life, and then raises further questions, as we explore the frontiers of life, predict its future, and search for the answers to the questions: * What is life? * How did life begin? * Did human life evolve or was it created? * Did 'outside' intelligence play a role? * Does the notion of inner soul exist? * Does God exist? * Why different people behave differently? We discuss all these questions in an unbiased manner. The book should inspire the reader to appreciate the elegance, beauty, and complexity of life. It should also help in understanding the true meaning of life and our role in the universe.

Book excerpt: NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • Deepak Chopra joins forces with leading physicist Menas Kafatos to explore some of the most important and baffling questions about our place in the world. "A riveting and absolutely fascinating adventure that will blow your mind wide open!" —Dr. Rudolph E. Tanzi What happens when modern science reaches a crucial turning point that challenges everything we know about reality? In this brilliant, timely, and practical work, Chopra and Kafatos tell us that we've reached just such a point. In the coming era, the universe will be completely redefined as a "human universe" radically unlike the cold, empty void where human life is barely a speck in the cosmos. You Are the Universe literally means what it says--each of us is a co-creator of reality extending to the vastest reaches of time and space. This seemingly impossible proposition follows from the current state of science, where outside the public eye, some key mysteries cannot be solved, even though they are the very issues that define reality itself: • What Came Before the Big Bang? • Why Does the Universe Fit Together So Perfectly? • Where Did Time Come From? • What Is the Universe Made Of? • Is the Quantum World Linked to Everyday Life? • Do We Live in a Conscious Universe? • How Did Life First Begin? “The shift into a new paradigm is happening,” the authors write. “The answers offered in this book are not our invention or eccentric flights of fancy. All of us live in a participatory universe. Once you decide that you want to participate fully with mind, body, and soul, the paradigm shift becomes personal. The reality you inhabit will be yours either to embrace or to change.” What these two great minds offer is a bold, new understanding of who we are and how we can transform the world for the better while reaching our greatest potential.

Book excerpt: Nowadays, you and I are in the midst of AI, big data, multimedia, gossip, rumors, materialistic desires, and the great trend of the times. In the midst of the confusion and material satisfaction caused by complicated and novel things, have you ever thought about examining life with a reflective attitude and taking a careful and quiet look at life, the apparent convenience and innovation of technological civilization, but deepening the hidden nature of life that is hard to erase and sad and miserable at the bottom of our habitual thinking? If human life is like a special, unusual, significant and far-reaching key, every morning when you wake up to take it, you have to fill out the application form carefully and seriously, without being meticulous. Before going to sleep at night, thank God for today's gift and return the key to life with gratitude. If we have used the key of life thousands of times, over and over again, then why do we have to do as Sisyphus did, with great effort, to push a boulder up a mountain? After pushing a boulder up to the top of the mountain, we let it roll back down again, and so on, day after day, applying and repeating forever. ...... Imagine when we return the key to life, do we take an introspective attitude and examine our life deeply: what have we achieved today? What have we failed? So one cannot help but ask: which direction should we choose for the existence of the universe and life itself, and what lifestyle should we adopt? What is the value of the existence of life itself, and what is the true meaning of the existence of life itself? What if the days of our existence in the universe, in life itself, always begin under such hard-won circumstances? If our cosmic life existence, our existence itself, has always started in such a hard way and ended in such a sad way, then we must have a deeper self-awareness and reflection on our cosmic life existence, our existence itself. Therefore, the question of life and death will again become a sharp and sensitive issue. The Eastern and Western philosophies of life have, for ages, attempted to unravel the mystery of life and death in the existence of everything in the universe itself, in order to understand the true meaning of the existence of the world around us. They attribute life to the simple "existence" that distinguishes between animals and inanimate things, and to the "mind" that is uniquely human. It even goes on to use the phenomena that differentiate everything from one generation to another and the various theories that explain these phenomena, in order to decipher the existence of life in the universe. To decipher the knowledge and culture inherent in the existence of life in the universe. It serves the purpose of the existence and evolution of a certain kind of being itself. However, "mind" is a sum of the ability to realize the motive by the biological reaction of people through the precipitation and storage of known things. It is the sum of all the thinking abilities to feel, observe, understand, judge, choose, remember, imagine, hypothesize, and reason, and then to guide their behavior according to it. Thus, 'mind' covers the 'philosophical' level: the accumulation and storage of the known (subconscious); combined with the 'biological' (consciousness) level of brain information processing, that is, 'physiological response'. The "mental" activity that engages in the conscious effort to achieve a certain ideal or purpose, thus consciously defining the purpose, is applied to the mental state.
