Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Education is the heart of a successful nation. A learning nation is a successful nation. The nation that fails to educate its citizens faces numerous challenges such as social problems, financial problems, and rebellion. But for the success of education there should be enough and good teachers to teach students. In many countries, the number of good teachers is diminishing as the teaching career is becoming less attractive to a number of students because of the problems that are associated to teaching. It is imperative for the governments to come up with measures to increase the number of teachers in schools. It is unchallenged that teachers are one of the vital elements of education system. Therefore they need to be motivated and retained. Furthermore, the education system can be effective if the students are prepared to learn. It is very difficult for the teachers to impart knowledge to students that have barriers of education such as poor behavior. Therefore, parents have an important role to play to ensure that students come to school prepared to learn and without any barriers to education. It is the responsibility of the government and organizations to retain and motivate teachers. Systems of education will be successful if they are supported by the government, organizations, communities, parents, learners, and teachers. There should be good structures in the education system to produce more teachers who will be responsible in educating the nation. The death of a good system of education would drive the nation back to a time of ignorance where uneducated people will become leaders of nations.

Book excerpt: From the Disney Teacher of the Year and New York Times bestselling author Ron Clark comes the classic guide to bringing out the best in your students, revised and updated for today's teachers. Over 1 million copies sold! When Ron Clark walked into his fifth-grade class in rural North Carolina, he was confronted with disinterested children in desperate need of structure and compassion. Brainstorming how best to reignite their love of learning, Ron created 55 lessons. Soon his fifth graders were reading at a sixth-grade level, engaging in class, and loving school. What's more, they were gaining something crucial: self-respect. These lessons evolved into The Essential 55--guidelines for students on how to live and interact with others. Ron lit a fire under parents and teachers around the world to raise their standards and expect the most from their students. The Essential 55 features a new foreword from Ron and a fresh take on his classic rules, along with contributions from Ron's former students, who reflect on which rules resonated most. Ron's 55 ideas show that with determination, discipline, and regular rewards, the children you stick by will be the children you eventually admire.

Book excerpt: his eBook on How Good Manners, Migration,Technology and Concentration Affects Our Lives, written by the author is certainly worth reading. How Good Manners Affects Our Lives? Manners determine a relationship and that relationship is either affectionate or unfriendly depending on how the manner is presented. As we become a responsible parents for our children, we discipline them with the good manners we grew up learning, and hence they become their own discipline. Good manners have a variety of ways in affecting us in a community that can present physically or emotionally. Migration has been with us since time immemorial. As people search for countries that offer high wages, they also affect national security, the spread of diseases, brain drain and globalization. In all, using the concepts of social construction, definition of reality by the powerful and hegemony, we will then be able to properly and sufficiently discuss the effects of migration to interstate relations. Why We Are So Dependent On Technology? Have we ever thought that where does the future of humanity and earth lies after a few decades? How much positive are we extracting from our modern technological and scientific advancements? How the body and mind are directly influenced against each other? How we can take advantage of this? The attention given to the present seems to be the least among many people and it has a devastating effect on people’s lives. The mind did not come with our birth, it came later as a creation of our addiction to the past and the future. Grab your copy now!
