Quelle peut-être sa contribution aux phénomènes de rupture et d'innovation stratégiques ? Comment en faire un relais efficace de déploiement des stratégies de l'entreprise au niveau international ? Permet-il de favoriser la mise en place d'une culture d'entreprise performante ? Quels leviers actionner pour faciliter les évolutions de la stratégie de l'entreprise et, le cas échéant, gérer l'échec de celle-ci ? Le présent ouvrage, à jour de la loi "travail" du 8 août 2016, démontre que le droit du travail peut constituer un actif stratégique de premier plan. Les liens entre le droit du travail et la stratégie y sont analysés de manière à retranscrire la dynamique en trois temps selon laquelle cette dernière se déploie au sein de l'entreprise : la réflexion, l'action et la réaction stratégiques. Un tel changement de paradigme, consistant à considérer cette discipline comme majeure sur le plan stratégique, offre des perspectives inédites aux entreprises.
