Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The author of The Secret Influence of the Moon explores the many strange and unexplained phenomena surrounding electromagnetism. Today, the use of electricity is so pervasive that our environment is permeated by both natural and artificial sources of electromagnetic energy—while we ourselves are electromagnetic beings. As we continue to pollute and thereby alter our electromagnetic environment, we are also altering ourselves. In particular, these changes infringe on the psychic side of our being. In Strange Electromagnetic Dimensions, author Louis Proud demonstrates how all things are connected by a vast electromagnetic web—a natural phenomenon that appears to have supernatural consequences. He examines ESP, poltergeist disturbances, psychokinesis, electric people, UFOs, and other paranormal phenomena from an electromagnetic perspective. He also reveals how the artificial, alien energies we've been introducing into our environment shape the way we experience the paranormal. Strange Electromagnetic Dimensions explores such questions as: Do human beings possess a magnetic sixth sense similar to that of homing pigeons? Are artificial electromagnetic fields, such as those emitted by power lines, gradually destroying our health? Can being struck by lightning or suffering a severe electric shock result in the development of psychic abilities? What do scientists make of the fact that ball lightning can pass through walls, enter rooms by squeezing through keyholes, and display seemingly intelligent behavior?

Book excerpt: Feynman’s bestselling introduction to the mind-blowing physics of QED—presented with humor, not mathematics Celebrated for his brilliantly quirky insights into the physical world, Nobel laureate Richard Feynman also possessed an extraordinary talent for explaining difficult concepts to the public. In this extraordinary book, Feynman provides a lively and accessible introduction to QED, or quantum electrodynamics, an area of quantum field theory that describes the interactions of light with charged particles. Using everyday language, spatial concepts, visualizations, and his renowned Feynman diagrams instead of advanced mathematics, Feynman clearly and humorously communicates the substance and spirit of QED to the nonscientist. With an incisive introduction by A. Zee that places Feynman’s contribution to QED in historical context and highlights Feynman’s uniquely appealing and illuminating style, this Princeton Science Library edition of QED makes Feynman’s legendary talks on quantum electrodynamics available to a new generation of readers.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: During the course of this century, gauge invariance has slowly emerged from being an incidental symmetry of electromagnetism to being a fundamental geometrical principle underlying the four known fundamental physical interactions. The development has been in two stages. In the first stage (1916-1956) the geometrical significance of gauge-invariance gradually came to be appreciated and the original abelian gauge-invariance of electromagnetism was generalized to non-abelian gauge invariance. In the second stage (1960-1975) it was found that, contrary to first appearances, the non-abelian gauge-theories provided exactly the framework that was needed to describe the nuclear interactions (both weak and strong) and thus provided a universal framework for describing all known fundamental interactions. In this work, Lochlainn O'Raifeartaigh describes the former phase. O'Raifeartaigh first illustrates how gravitational theory and quantum mechanics played crucial roles in the reassessment of gauge theory as a geometric principle and as a framework for describing both electromagnetism and gravitation. He then describes how the abelian electromagnetic gauge-theory was generalized to its present non-abelian form. The development is illustrated by including a selection of relevant articles, many of them appearing here for the first time in English, notably by Weyl, Schrodinger, Klein, and London in the pre-war years, and by Pauli, Shaw, Yang-Mills, and Utiyama after the war. The articles illustrate that the reassessment of gauge-theory, due in a large measure to Weyl, constituted a major philosophical as well as technical advance.

Book excerpt: Scientists studying the universe find strange things in two placesâ€"out in space and in their heads. This is the story of how the most imaginative physicists of our time perceive strange features of the universe in advance of the actual discoveries. It is almost a given that physics and cosmology present us with some of the grandest mysteries of all. What weightier questions to ponder than, "How does the universe work?" or "What is the universe made of?" There are any number of bizarre phenomena that could provide clues or even answers to these queries. The strangeness ranges from unusual forms of matter and realms of existence to wild ideas about how time and space are related to one another. Many of these proposals may well turn out to be wrong. But how many will be proven to be right? This book speaks for the scientific theorists who are bold enough to imagine and predict the impossible. New ideas are percolating in their heads every day. One physicist may dream of subatomic particles that could resolve a variety of cosmological conundrums while another may study the likes of "funny energy," which may explain how rapidly the universe is expanding. This is the stuff of Strange Matters. In broad terms, this book is about a variety of discoveries that theorists of the past imagined before the observers and experimenters actually saw them. Moreover, it is about the things that today’s are now imaginingâ€"but haven't yet been discovered or confirmed by the observers. Strange Matters artfully mixes the present with the past and future, reporting from the frontiers of research where history is in the process of being made. Each chapter examines a different step along the twisted path we've walked to gain our rudimentary understanding of the universe, incorporating historical examples of successful "prediscoveries" with current stories that relate brand new ideas. We come to see the universe not only in terms of what has already been discovered, but also in terms of what has yet to be observed. Strange Matters is a guide to the discoveries of the twenty-first century, a series of visions dreamt by the most imaginative scientists of our time merged with the achievements of the pastâ€"to point the way towards even greater accomplishments of the future.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This brand-new universal model and physics was first published, in book form, September 26th, 2015! Remember the important date! This book, is a brand new textbook, in a brand new basic 5-dimensional quantum physics, and is written for future physicists and researchers! This new model is a full 'visualization' of all these 'extra' undetectable quantum physical dimensions! 'Rediscovering the fifth dimension' is a brand new 5-dimensional quantum physics model that builds up the entire universe, only on energetic oscillating fields, and a very special universal substance! This substance is actually the difference between whether something can be seen, discovered, detected or not! This universal substance was fully proven by Carl David Anderson as early as the 1930s! This 'semi-physical substance' is produced only by the Higg's field! That's the only reason they were able to discover this Higg's field as the absolute only possible field they could detect in the particle accelerator! They found absolutely no physical particles! Remember this! This is very important if you want to understand the universe as it really appears! This new quantum physical hologram model's atoms, are only these 4-dimensional oscillating energetic fields, which are actually fully proven, by the particle accelerator, in 2016! As a result, 99% of the universe actually consists of an undetectable quantum physics side, and 1% is this strange substance! This is where reality comes to the 'surface' and becomes fully 'visible', in the highly active 5-dimensional quantum physical universal engine room! The fact that something is visible and detectable is only due to the 'substance'! This new model reveals Tesla technology and stealth technology, and points out the very reason why the UFO's can disappear from today's high-tech radars! The reason why the UFO can disappear from radar, is that there are no physical particles left in the UFO, only the atom! This 'substance' can 'disappear' again, completely controlled, also the stealth effect occurs, in the UFO! The particle accelerator's final and very clear evidence just says that there can be no physical particles, and that it actually proves that there has never been a big-bang!! Still today, is this fake big-bang universe only researched and taught!? Why? Is it only because scientists don't understand the right universe that the particle accelerator actually proved to them should be there!? The energetic oscillating field universe!?

Book excerpt: "From precognitive dreams and telepathic visions to near-death experiences, UFO encounters, and beyond, so-called impossible phenomena are not supposed to happen, but do happen all the time. These are the kinds of fantastic experiences that Jeffrey J. Kripal takes up in How to Think Impossibly. The impossible, Kripal asserts, is a function not of reality, but of our present social constructions and subsequent perceptions and cognitions. In other words, we think these events and experiences are impossible, but they are only impossible within our historically constructed frameworks. In How to Think Impossibly, Kripal thinks-with specific individuals and their extraordinary experiences in vulnerable, open, and often humorous ways. These lines of thought interweave the mental and material dimensions of humanistic and scientific inquiry, resulting in a developing awareness in the reader that what we think of as the impossible is not impossible at all"--

Book excerpt: The cosmology that underlies the Pythagorean Illuminati's ancient religion of Illuminism is based on six dimensions - three of real space, and three of imaginary space. Discover how this model explains all of the mysteries of Einstein's special theory of relativity and quantum mechanics, and disproves the theoretical basis of M-theory. This book explains the true nature of time and the speed of light, and thereby explains how God, the soul, and the afterlife are all inevitable. This is extremely complex philosophical, mathematical and scientific material that reveals the staggering difference between the childish cosmology of the Abrahamists compared with that of the Illuminati. No scientific materialist would find it easy to reveal any flaws in the Illuminati's six-dimensional cosmos. On the contrary, Illuminism exposes the enormous holes in the ideology of scientific materialism.
