Ruido y manifestaciones sonoras de la libertad religiosa es un estudio, desde la perspectiva del Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado, de la dimensión jurídica del factor religioso presente en el tañido de las campanas o en la llamada islámica a la oración, así como de los conflictos que en torno a sus inmisiones se han resuelto en los tribunales, atendiendo tanto al Derecho español como al comparado. Se examinan además otros sonidos de origen religioso que generan conflictos vecinales, y ruidos no religiosos que proceden de lugares de culto; y se concluye con una consideración de las perturbaciones ruidosas que afectan al ejercicio de la libertad religiosa.Ángel López-Sidro es Licenciado en Derecho (1995) y Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Jaén (2001). Profesor Titular de Derecho eclesiástico del Estado de la Universidad de Jaén y Académico correspondiente de la Real Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislación. Es autor de las monografías El control estatal de las entidades religiosas a través de los registros. Estudio histórico-jurídico (2003), y de Las sectas de la yihad. Yihadismo terrorista, derecho y factor religioso (2021). Ha publicado medio centenar de artículos en revistas científicas, además de contribuciones a congresos y obras colectivas. Coordina la Sección de Jurisprudencia de la Revista General de Derecho Canónico y Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado desde 2007.
