Book excerpt: German Hossain?s dreams never seem to leave him in peace. As India?s independence approaches, bringing with it a wrenching partition and the bloodbath of communal riots, German, a resident of Birbhum district in Bengal, sets out for Murshidabad in the hope of curing himself of his dream-sickness and, in his newfound sympathy of the Muslim League, to make his home in a place destined to become part of Pakistan. But when, after a three-day tug-of-war of sorts, the Radcliffe line recommendations deem that Murshidabad be returned to India, German decides to return to his place of birth, still plagued by his dreams and led by them, still in search of his destiny. This is the story of his journeys. Political, personal and surreal landscapes are intricately woven together in this exquisite novel about djinns and fairies, demonology and Sufism, the partition of a country and, above all, the dreams that make men who they are.

Book excerpt: Seven Skyes Under contains modernized spiritual teachings for applications in all spheres of life. It is an updated version of the teachings I have been sharing with the world in incarnation after incarnation. Maybe you have been a student of mine, a warrior, or a friend. Maybe we connected when your soul was not even incarnated yet. What matters is that today, by opening this book, you have decided to take a step further in mastering your life and fulling your potential by retrieving your connection with the divine and your consciousness. This book covers psychic powers and what are known as supernatural phenomena, plus fitness, healing, and sexuality, which are also key in raising vibrations. I kept the book real and raw, for I wanted it to feel like a conversation. Each spiritual concept is presented in a well-grounded, easy-to-grasp form. Our body of light and energy are presented in their simplest forms so your soul can remember their functions. Barriers and limitations created by our human minds and today’s societal constructs can now vanish. All eighteen chapters, which could be books by themselves, are aimed to inspire you and make you realize that all the answers are already within your heart. I will simply allow you to believe in yourself by sharing my life story, which includes my body of evidence of true spiritual powers. I had the privilege of being born into a deeply spiritual family and having a clairaudient spiritual coach, which allowed me to flourish and complete the first part of this journey. For the next part of that journey under the seven skies, I now need you to retrieve your immutable connection with our higher consciousness. So come with me where we can be the gods and goddesses we are meant to be.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Quran (Kareem) is a holy book which is the message of Allah (God) revealed for the betterment of humanity. This is the message of the same Qur'an when the world or human beings were born, but it continued to be revealed to each prophet from time to time. The Prophet faithfully conveyed the message of Allah to the human beings as per the orders of Allah, but the human beings kept cutting thorns in the holy book according to their selfishness, as a result, the human beings could not get the original (messages of Allah). After that, Allah also continued to tell his messages to the incoming prophets through the angel (Jibrail), even then the changes in the book of Allah (Tauret, Jabur, Injil and other Saheefs) continued. After that, the last book Quran Sharif (which exists till the end) on the last prophet Mohammad had to be sent (descended) for the good of mankind. Because the responsibility of this holy book has been taken by Allah Ta'ala (God) Himself. Books for familiarizing Quran (Kareem) are very few and not good in Hindi, so by the grace of Allah Ta'ala, this book has been published. Took the initiative to write. By the way, this work is very delicate, so if any mistake is found in the book, please inform as soon as possible. So that the shortcoming of the book can be removed. I have shown this book to respected Maulana Mustafa Madani Nadvi Apart from this, I have also got other Maulana checked, he agrees with this article. My first book (World's main religion, opinion and sect) and second book (which is in your hand).

Book excerpt: When Seckry Sevenstars is forced out of his village by the greedy Endrin Corporation and relocated to the daunting metropolis of Skyfall City, he harbours resentment for the company and vows to get them back one day for taking away his home, his school and his friends. Fortunately, the marvels of the city do a good job in distracting Seckry from his anger and homesickness, and it isn't long before he's competing at Friction (the city's most popular multiplayer video game), slurping awe-inspiring multicoloured milkshakes, and getting butterflies on his first date. Then, when a mysterious email asks Seckry to break into the headquarters of the Endrin Corporation and steal a container full of worms for a hefty sum of money, his anger resurfaces, and he can't resist the revenge he promised himself. Alone at night, Seckry creeps through the sewers whilst wondering what experiments Endrin might be doing on the worms, and emerges into the silent complex. But the worms aren't the only thing that he finds. Staring at him through the darkness, with wide, innocent eyes, is something that makes Seckry's heart almost stop. A girl. She's shaking, petrified, and has no recollection of who she is or what she's doing there. Floodlights bleach the area and Seckry has no choice but to grab a hold of the girl and escape with her. Suddenly the question of what Endrin were doing with a few worms becomes the last thing on Seckry's mind. What were Endrin doing with a human?

Posing as a homeless drifter, he soon discovers that making his way home past space pirates, one-eyed giants, and mad scientists was the easy part . . . . Penelope swore off men after her husband disappeared. She’s been busy enough running the ranch, raising her son, and fending off pushy suitors eager to get their hands on her and her herd. But something about this war-weary drifter stirs forgotten feelings in her, even as sabotage, rustlers, and a space stampede threaten to tear Ithaca apart! Spin the Sky is an rollicking, high-spirited riff on a certain classic odyssey--featuring characters as big and full of surprises as Space itself!

Book excerpt: Holy Mary-Am Spiritual Influence on Mankind By: Orungbohun Lateef Emmanuel and Saint Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa Holy Mary-Am Spiritual Influence on Mankind is an exploration of the Oneness of Jehovah-Allah and the mystical creation of Jesus and His Mother, the Holy Mary-am in Heaven, before their nativity on earth. Authors Orungbohun Lateef Emmanuel and Saint Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa examine the Crucifixion of Jesus as well as the challenges surrounding Jesus as the Son of Jehovah-Allah and how these two concepts have become the foundation of flimsy arguments that separate and cause rifts and animosity between Two Major Faiths. In this eye-opening work, the similarities and differences between Islam and Christianity are scrutinized and evaluated for the purpose of showing a greater Oneness for all Mankind.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Afghanistans Experiences is a sweeping analysis of the historic events and interplay between politics, religion, and terrorism in Afghanistan, the southeastern region of the country, and beyond. The author has vividly explained the origin and the rise of Taliban to powerone of the most important sources of turmoil in contemporary time. Thus, one can perceive how the dynamics of the sinister politics, religious extremism, and terrorism has culminated in avoidable brutal wars and human tragedies. Hamid Hadi has vividly described and put into political debate Afghanistans history; the implications of the Russian invasion of Afghanistan; the Americans, the Pakistanis, and Saudis role in the civil war; and the creation of the al-Qaeda that led to the 9/11 tragedy. In a unique research and analysis, the author has examined the acts of Islamic terrorists against the American people and institutions during the last 176 years and brilliantly deduced that the Russian invasion of Afghanistan was a watershed era in the formation of contemporary terrorism and that the failure of both superpowers foreign policy in Afghanistan to a great extent has resulted in growth of the terrorist network. Besides a detailed description of the 9/11 tragedy and Iraq war, Hamid Hadi has painstakingly brought the world religions and Abrahamic religions in particular into debate and discussed the reform of the Islamic faith.

Book excerpt: This book is based on the theory that the black Muslim movement was created from the knowledge of the Masonic order. In the early decades of the 20th century, noble drew ali established a political and religious organization known today as the Moorish Science Temple of America. It was this organization that exposed black to something other than the normal Christian influences of that day. Ali a high degree freemason, incorporated various Masonic teachings from an auxiliary group. Known as the AEAONMS ancient Egyptian Arabic order of noble of the mystic shrine A pseudo Islamic/Arabic oriental organization that served as a wake up call to a lost knowledge. A knowledge that was taken away from Africans during the slave trades. The theory behind this book is that the majority of the slaves that were taken from the west coast of Africa were practicing Muslims, and these Muslims were forced to convert to Christianity under the strong oppression of slavery. At one time Afro-Americans were the biggest minority in the American society. About 90% of the todays population of blacks are descendants of slaves that were brought to America for working on plantations since the 16th century. At the beginning of the 19th century most of the so-called Negroes lived in the plantation areas of the Southern States. After the Civil War and the abolition of slavery it wasnt until the early 1920s and 30s that blacks were beginning to experiment with other faiths. Of all the faiths Islam became the fastest growing religion and the most popular. This book by far is in no way a research into black history, instead it covers a more deeper aspect of history in which I call the history behind the history. It explores the true Asiatic origins of the ancient religions of Hinduism, Buddhism well as the Islamic faith. Finally It explores the Masonic symbolisms of alis Moorish science dogma digging deeper into the esoteric side of his Aquarian/Masonic teaching explaining their origins and discovering an age old wisdom that had been kept hidden from the human eye. One would think that Africans in the Americas would have rejected the religious tradition of their European oppressors taking into consideration that African religions are far older & they possess more sources of knowledge & spiritual salvation. Yet there are those who have turned away from traditional Christian dominated environments in order to find a greater understanding of themselves and the world in which they live. One alternative has been to seek knowledge in the various religious groups that arose in the 20th century.
