That act does not require reports to the United States Department Of Agriculture on the volume Of future transactions,1 and only the cooperation Of the Bureau Of Internal Revenue has made the compilation Of these figures possible. Regulation 71 Of that Bureau relating to stamp taxes requires the filing with the Commissioner Of Internal Revenue Of monthly reports giving various details Of transactions on exchanges and boards Of trade in any product or merchandise for future delivery.
