First, it identifies the scale and nature of this new Southern European emigration and examines these migrants’ socio-economic integration in Northern European destination countries. Cette étude se concentre sur les règles concernant le statut juridique des principales catégories de travailleurs migrants admis aux fins d'un emploi dans certains Etats membres du Conseil de l'Europe.
