Dominique Rousseau est professeur de droit constitutionnel à l'université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Ancien membre du Conseil supérieur de la magistrature de 2002 à 2006, il a été élu co-directeur de l'École de droit de la Sorbonne en 2013.
