El fin de este es dar uso práctico a los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera mediante un proyecto real, que a su vez puede servir como aprendizaje para un posible futuro profesional. El proyecto arquitectónico cedido consta de planos de distribución, alzados y secciones las cuales facilitan la comprensión y el Trabajo en cuanto a realizar el proyecto ejecutivo. Este consiste en el diseño y el cálculo de las instalaciones de fontanería, climatización y ventilación. Comentar que el Trabajo se ha realizado de manera simultánea a las prácticas curriculares que se han realizado en la empresa Grupo I.P.I. S, A,P. Por lo que se han realizado diferentes proyectos de manera paralela, conociendo y aprendiendo sobre otros como naves Industriales, sedes bancarias, viviendas plurifamiliares y residenciales. El edificio a estudiar se sitúa en Barcelona, en el barrio de Vilapicina y la Torre Llobeta. Concretamente en la calle Francesc de Bolos no20. Dicho edificio contiene cinco plantas. Planta baja, tres plantas tipo, ático y sobreático. Con un total de 16 viviendas destinadas a viviendas unifamiliares. Las viviendas se distribuyen de la siguiente manera: -Planta baja: Dos viviendas con dos dormitorios, uno de matrimonio y el otro a convenir. Un salón-cocina y uno o dos baños. -Planta tipo: Cuatro viviendas con uno o dos dormitorios, uno de matrimonio y el otro a convenir. Un salón-cocina y uno o dos baños. -Planta ático y sobreático: Dos viviendas con dos dormitorios, uno de matrimonio y el otro a convenir, salón-cocina y dos baños. Por otro lado, el sobreático contiene una terraza por vivienda. Comentar que una vez realizado el proyecto ejecutivo, se ha observado la necesidad de hacer pequeñas modificaciones en el proyecto arquitectónico, con el fin de facilitar la subida de los montantes.
