La méthode d'analyse inédite développée, intitulée "Analyse Ecologique du Droit", a vocation à être appliquée dans d'autres champs du droit afin d'apprécier l'efficience de chaque règle au regard de l'enjeu de diminution des effets néfastes d'origine anthropique sur l'environnement."
