Les maladies sont cod es l'aide de la CIM et les actes diagnostiques et th rapeutiques l'aide du Catalogue des actes M dicaux et les analyses l'aide du logiciel Excel. Ce SIM a depuis 2005 une exhaustivit sup rieure 80%, et il serait am lior e par la sensibilisation et la formation continue des personnels .Un logiciel permettant la classification des malades en groupe homog ne malades est n cessaire.
