Therefore, countries have endeavored to improve architectural security for many years. A large number of anti-seismic issues in the civil engineering construction have turned up, which also gave birth to many new anti-seismic theories, technologies and products. 2023 5th International Conference on Structural Seismic and Civil Engineering Research (ICSSCER 2023) will be held on August 25–27, 2023 in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. With a display of the latest research outcomes in theoretical research, experimental study and engineering application, this conference creates a platform for scholars, researchers and technical personnel to exchange ideas and further understand each other.
