Book Synopsis A Digital Phase Locked Loop based Signal and Symbol Recovery System for Wireless Channel by : Basab Bijoy Purkayastha
Download or read book A Digital Phase Locked Loop based Signal and Symbol Recovery System for Wireless Channel written by Basab Bijoy Purkayastha and published by Springer. This book was released on 2015-01-29 with total page 254 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book reports two approaches of implementation of the essential components of a Digital Phase Locked Loop based system for dealing with wireless channels showing Nakagami-m fading. It is mostly observed in mobile communication. In the first approach, the structure of a Digital phase locked loop (DPLL) based on Zero Crossing (ZC) algorithm is proposed. In a modified form, the structure of a DPLL based systems for dealing with Nakagami-m fading based on Least Square Polynomial Fitting Filter is proposed, which operates at moderate sampling frequencies. A sixth order Least Square Polynomial Fitting (LSPF) block and Roots Approximator (RA) for better phase-frequency detection has been implemented as a replacement of Phase Frequency Detector (PFD) and Loop Filter (LF) of a traditional DPLL, which has helped to attain optimum performance of DPLL. The results of simulation of the proposed DPLL with Nakagami-m fading and QPSK modulation is discussed in detail which shows that the proposed method provides better performance than existing systems of similar type.
Book Synopsis Remote Brain Targeting by : Renee Pittman
Download or read book Remote Brain Targeting written by Renee Pittman and published by Mother's Love Publishing and Enterprises. This book was released on 2011-10-13 with total page 490 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The objective today is to isolate targets through technological harassment, remote viewing, electronic surveillance, and also focus on using everyone around them subliminally influenced. The target is depicted to the community as incompetent, disloyal, troublesome, mentally unbalanced, or ill, to mobilized community stalking efforts. This permits an expertly crafted promotion and denial that highly advanced mind invasive technology exists. The whistleblower / targeted individual, targeted for various reasons, is then heinously, maliciously, secretively, abused by electromagnetic systems difficult to prove because it is unseen to the human eye or detectable as extremely low frequency (ELF) radio and microwaves waves. The objective is to push the target over the edge to suicide, hurting self or others, entrapped, jail, or be institutionalized. Others watch and become frightened preventing them from speaking out against these extreme, immoral, and unethical injustices in the form of covert terrorism with many players and denial of Human Rights. Remote Neural Monitoring testing has also thrived within the Association of Psychiatry historically. The electromagnetic assaults, physical, psychological, and verbal, continue until the target is left discredited, exhausted, and in poor health, financially crippled, or his or her life is in ruins or worse. And, it is legal! Remote Brain Targeting confirms Pittman's credibility in this five-book series which details her personal experiences and others, detailing how the "slow kill" effect is being used today, as a form of physical coercion, electromagnetically. All five books in the "Mind Control Technology" book series are a must-read and a wake-up call to an older generation familiar with and knowledgeable of some of these programs, specifically MK-ULTRA, mind control testing officially in the 50s, 60s, and 70's, and Pittman's renewed hope to stir the consciousness of a new generation through awareness of what is factually happening today to many. Today the technology has erupted into an electromagnetic invasion that is unparalleled in this day and time and heinously capable of delivery through many methods and from a considerable distance. This technology is no joke! "A MUST-READ! "Knowledge is Power / Awareness is Key! TRUTH a powerful weapon!

Book Synopsis Gateway to the Moon by : Charles D. Benson
Download or read book Gateway to the Moon written by Charles D. Benson and published by University Press of Florida. This book was released on 2019-07-23 with total page 583 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Available as an epub for the first time Gateway to the Moon presents the definitive history of the origins, design, and construction of the lunar launch facilities at Kennedy Space Center, the terrestrial site of one of the greatest achievements of humankind: the first trip to the moon. It includes archival illustrations and diagrams of locations, personnel, and equipment, from aerial views of sandy, undeveloped Cape Canaveral to some of the first photos of the mobile launchers and crawler-transporters. Filled with the sense of wonder and pride that the earliest U.S. space achievements inspired, the book focuses on some of the most impressive buildings ever constructed, including launch complexes 39A and 39B, the gigantic assemblies from which the Apollo-Saturn vehicles departed for trips into space; the massive eight-acre Vertical Assembly Building (renamed the Vehicle Assembly Building); and the attached Launch Control Center. It also analyzes the technological and governmental interactions necessary to ensure success of the launches. Originally part of Moonport, one of the volumes of the NASA History Series, this volume is based on extensive interviews with participants in the space program and wide access to official documents, letters, and memoranda. The authors air criticisms directed at the Kennedy Space Center team and address mistakes in launch operations and conflicts within the program. Gateway to the Moon offers a faithful account of technology in service to humanity.

Download or read book Moon Launch! written by Charles D. Benson and published by University Press of Florida. This book was released on 2020-10-15 with total page 367 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "The one thing for which this century will be remembered 500 years from now was: This was the century when we began the exploration of space."--Arthur M. Schlesinger Tributes to Moonport: A History of Apollo Launch Facilities and Operations "A thorough account of the complex scientific, engineering, and managerial efforts that undergirded the astounding events that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration carried out."--Journal of American History "Another simply superb NASA official history. . . . Construction, administration, and technology are carefully interwoven in an unusually candid and frank treatment of the history of America’s first lunar launching facility."--Aerospace Historian Moon Launch! re-creates the exciting story of the astronauts and engineers, scientists and technicians, politicians and public citizens who expanded the world’s understanding of humanity’s potential, the people responsible for the Project Apollo flights to the moon. Through their teamwork at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral became the spaceport for the nation and, in the mind of many, the gateway to the universe. A companion to Gateway to the Moon and also part of the 1978 NASA History Series Moonport volume, this illustrated book describes the seven missions to the moon launched between 1969 and 1972. With the exception of the abortive Apollo 13 flight, all landed successfully. As the story progresses, astronauts explore the moon’s surface in the lunar rover (complete with bucket seats and power steering), set up experiments, and bring back hundreds of pounds of lunar geological samples. The book concludes with a description of the last and most spectacular liftoff, Apollo 17, launched on a dark December night before a crowd of nearly 500,000 visitors. Charles D. Benson, a retired colonel of the U.S. Army, is the coauthor of the official history of the Skylab orbital workshop. William B. Faherty, director of the Museum of the Western Jesuit Missions in Hazelwood, Missouri, retired professor of history at St. Louis University, and archivist emeritus of the Midwest Jesuit Archives, is the author of 25 books, including the historical novel The Call of Pope Octavian.
