Der Philosoph Wolfram Eilenberger stellte beispielsweise in seinem Werk "Feuer der Freiheit" Arendt - hier neben Simone de Beauvoir, Simone Weil und Ayn Rand - als eine der wichtigsten und für das Politikverständnis einflussreichsten Philosophinnen des 20. Jahrhunderts heraus. Das durch die traumatischen Ereignisse der Machtergreifung des Nationalsozialistischen Regimes unter Adolf Hitler - und ihrer damit zusammenhängenden Emigration - stark geprägte Leben Arendts ist mit der Entwicklung ihrer Philosophie und ihrer politischen Theorie, welche sie als Begriff der Philosophie vorzog, untrennbar verbunden und muss somit auch in diesem Kontext betrachtet werden. In der Ideenokonomie bemit sich der Wert von Produkten immer weniger am Einsatz von Kapital und Arbeit, sondern an einer sich freilich rasch verandernden Position von Anbietern am Markt. Digitalisierung ermoglicht eine neue Mobilitat von Dienstleistungen. Heute wird zentral gesteuert, aber dezentral, nahe den Absatzmarkten in quasi-transnationalen Unternehmen produziert. This procedure provided for the compulsory jurisdiction of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, WTO Panels, and the WTO Appellate Body.
