El segundo capítulo aborda la determinación de la naturaleza jurídica del ente a partir del análisis, tanto de sus características como de las similitudes y diferencias que guarda con otros afines -fundamentalmente dentro del ámbito de la denominada Adminis-tración Corporativa-. El último se dedica al estudio del régimen jurídico de la Junta de Compensación en las legislaciones estatal y autonómicas desde su nacimiento hasta su extinción.
