He wants this account of his depression to be a help to those who are going through their deep valley. Chapter thirteen shows that there is hope for all, not only in this life but in the life to come. Pastor Bob's God is a great God and worthy to be praised.

The burning question is: "What does God mean when He commands us to be holy?" This book is an attempt to answer that question.
