In addition to the alphabetical and classified lists of business men in many of the most important 10 calities in California, Oregon, Washington Territory, Alaska, British Columbia, and Mexico, it will be found to contain an accurate description of each city or town, commercial statistics, population, routes of travel, distances, and other valuable data; the whole forming a complete and useful Book of Reference for the business men of the Pacific Coast, Eastern States, and Europe. A valuable feature of the work is a reliable list of the merchants, etc., in several important towns on the west coast of Mexico, a rich and fertile section that is now attracting the attention of the merchants and manufacturers of the 'united States.
