Unter Ansatz bei den fundamentalen Welt- wie Selbstzugängen richtet sich die vorliegende Analyse auf die strukturellen und funktionalen Entsprechungen von Naturwissenschaft und Religion. Strukturparallelen - die jeweils der Bildung eines Bedeutungsholismus dienen - ergeben sich aus der Konzipierung von Wirklichkeit und deren Ordnung auf Grundlage von Absolutheitsattributen, symbolischen Ausdrucksgestalten als universalen, transsubjektiven Prägnanzstiftern und den Institutionalisierungen. Allerdings bedeutet die Universalisierung der naturwissenschaftlichen Perspektive die Verobjektivierung des Subjekts und die Ausblendung seines sinnstiftenden Standpunktes. Dies führt zur Projektion der Sinnperspektive in die objektivistisch gefaßten sinnfreien Formeln naturwissenschaftlicher Weltdeutungen. Die Totalisierung bedingt ferner die Aufladung des fehlenden Transzendenzbezuges durch andersartige Ersatzfunktionen. Die Studie kann - exemplarisch an Evolutionstheorien - belegen, daß sich durch die Verobjektivierung des Menschen die Universalisierung allen Seins unter naturwissenschaftlicher Perspektive vollzieht, bei gleichzeitiger Hypostasierung naturwissenschaftlicher Welterklärungsmodelle zu allumfassenden, schöpferischen, selbstorganisierenden Superordnungen.
