In this undated, unguided journal, I will introduce you to my 7-step process to help you declutter your home: 1. Assess where you are now. Use my tools to assess how cluttered/uncluttered each room of your home is. This is your starting point. 2. Vision v Reality. In this step, you'll envision what you'd like each room to look like when it's finished. This is the outcome your aiming for. 3. Plan for success. Create a plan to systematically declutter each room in your home, setting weekly goals in the process. This is how you'll do it. 4. Declutter. This is where you actually do the work! 5. Bank each success. Instead of focusing on what you haven't done, celebrate what you did, and learn from it. 6. Review each week. What went well, what didn't, what you could have done differently and what you can learn from this. 7. Moving forward. Clarify how you will maintain your decluttered home. Commit to 3 actions that you will take each day, week and month to keep your home tidy and uncluttered. The journal section of this book is made up as follows: -> Start each week with a positive quote, a goal and an action plan. -> Each day, record what you let go of. -> At the end of each week, review how you got on. This journal is made up of 13 weeks/91 days (I know it says 90 -> consider it a bonus ;) ) giving you plenty of time to gradually work through your home. So what are you waiting for?
