Pois este manual faz recomendações baseadas na sabedoria milenar sobre o conhecimento da natureza humana, especialmente em tempos de confronto. Como podem ver, o que tentarei fazer neste manual é compreender e fazer recomendações práticas para entender as raízes de um conflito quando uma mudança organizacional é feita
