Pour créer des espaces verts il est possible de tirer parti des mutations d'emprises foncières, comme les chemins de fer, les friches industrielles et de rechercher le contact avec les voies d'eau afin de profiter visuellement de ces espaces libres. Les espaces verts sont le lieu d'observation privilégié pour mieux comprendre les valeurs de qualité de vie pour aujourd'hui et pour demain dans nos villes. Ce lieu de vie est le plus sensible, car c'est sur ce territoire que les erreurs d'aménagement peuvent occasionner les effets les plus néfastes.
