Under this view of comparative law, there is the opportunity to meet the criminal procedure applied to children in conflict with the law, the age group from which criminal responsibility is required, the specialization of all the professionals involved from judges, prosecutors, lawyers, police, etc., involved in the area of the minor concerning the adversarial principle or the procedural guarantees for juvenile offenders. Regarding the enforcement of judicial measures, the central axis is education and the socialization of teenagers. However, each country has its own uniqueness and, in custodial measures, the age and type of crime are important in some countries. The part concerning extrajudicial solutions is highly informative, especially the part related to the Institute of mediation, where the participation of the victim is essential. Este nuevo volumen recoge el temario del segundo año de nuestro programa, dedicado a la formación de Expertos en Intervenciones Sistémicas. El modelo sistémico-relacional comenzó con una orientación claramente clínica, pero pronto se abrió al campo socio-sanitario. Y en ese ámbito se desarrolló extraordinariamente. La visión sistémica de las relaciones humanas, del funcionamiento de las organizaciones y de las interacciones de éstas con el contexto en el que desarrollaban sus funciones, tuvieron un gran impacto en diferentes ámbitos. Numerosos profesionales que trabajaban en el contexto educativo, en el trabajo social, en el sistema judicial, con casos de violencia o abusos sexuales, en adopción y acogimiento, etc, comenzaron a solicitar formación en el modelo sistémico con el fin de aplicarlo en su trabajo. No deseaban hacer psicoterapias, sino conocer la manera sistémica de entender las relaciones humanas y aprender a hacer intervenciones que pudieran desbloquear problemas y conflictos con los que debían enfrentarse en su trabajo habitual. Este libro recoge el temario necesario para acreditarse como Experto en Intervenciones sistémicas (acreditación de la FEATF) o para el Certificado en Intervenciones Terapéuticas (acreditación de (FEAP). Este volumen, al igual que el primero, está dividido en cuatro Bloques. El primero lleva el nombre de "Enfoques específicos del Modelo Sistémico" e incluye cuatro capítulos. El segundo se dedica a dos de los principales problemas de disfunción familiar en los que el modelo sistémico-relacional ha tenido un mayor desarrollo: "Familias multiproblemáticas y la violencia familiar". Está integrado por dos capítulos, aunque el segundo es un "megacapítulo", dividido en una introducción y tres partes, dedicada cada una de ellas a un tipo de violencia familiar. El siguiente Bloque, consta de cinco capítulos, y se dedica a la "Intervención sistémica en el contexto". El cuarto y último Bloque del volumen retoma la familia como contexto de intervención, y se ocupa de "La Intervención sistémica en modelos familiares específicos", es decir, en aquellos tipos de familias que difieren del modelo más común a lo largo al menos del siglo XX, la familia nuclear compuesta por dos progenitores de distinto sexo y uno o más hijos biológicos de ambos. Como ocurre con el primer tomo el resultado, además de un manual para todos aquellos que quieran formarse en el modelo sistémico, es una obra de consulta para los que quieran acercarse a este modelo psicoterapéutico y tengan interés en conocer la visión del mundo que propone la epistemología eco-sistémica relacional.
