Los autores, jóvenes profesores universitarios con experiencia docente en la materia, han sido conscientes de este reto, del fin específico de la obra y, por tanto, del camino a seguir, elaborando así este Manual con el fin de servir como instrumento importante para el aprendizaje del alumno pero también como herramienta útil para la labor docente y evaluadora del profesor. Su claridad y concisión, y su pretendido enfoque práctico, pueden ser útiles no obstante también para otros profesionales, así como para quienes se acerquen por primera vez a esta disciplina jurídica.
