En este trabajo veremos las diferentes materias que según el art. 41 ET son susceptibles de modificación sustancial, las causas que motivan dicha modificación, diferenciaremos entre la modificación sustancial de condiciones de trabajo ya sea de carácter individual o colectivo, así como su distinto procedimiento y por último veremos de qué manera pueden actuar los trabajadores afectados por estas medidas.
