La segunda parte del presente estudio se centra en el plano estatal, donde las autoridades de defensa de la competencia han cuestionado diversos convenios colectivos y actuaciones sindicales, aplicando la Ley de Defensa de la Competencia. El estudio concluye con el planteamiento de una serie de propuestas de articulación entre el derecho del trabajo y la defensa de la competencia, orientadas a conseguir una convivencia correcta y razonable de los mismos.
