En suma, una nueva ordenación sistemática que merece una cordial bienvenida, sobre todo si se atiende a las indudables ventajas pedagógicas que comporta.…La absoluta actualidad de los trabajos se manifiesta con claridad cuando se repara en que todas las colaboraciones han sido elaboradas a la vista del Derecho positivo vigente y de las últimas versiones de los formularios y reglas internacionales atinentes a la contratación marítima.
