Luego, tomando prestado el concepto de "juegos de lenguaje" de Wittgenstein. sostenemos que la interpretación no se da en todos los niveles del lenguaje sino solo en aquellos casos en los que un sujeto, no satisfecho con lo que comprende en el ámbito ordinario, intenta asignar o construir un sentido que resulte pertinente de cara al juego de lenguaje que está jugando, como es el caso del Derecho.
