Nel corso del lavoro sono state pertanto esaminate le sopra citate sentenze, nel tentativo di delineare i confini entro i quali ammettere l’operatività della responsabilità civile tra genitori e figli, in via concorrente e sussidiaria rispetto ai tradizionali rimedi di tipo strettamente giusfamiliare.

La trattazione penale si suddivide tra una “parte generale” e una “parte speciale” ed è incentrata sulle figure delittuose dedicate alla famiglia contenute nel codice penale. Nella prima parte si tiene conto delle tematiche che investono nuclei trasversali del diritto penale della famiglia, con particolare riferimento al diritto costituzionale e dell' UE. Nella seconda parte l’attenzione si sofferma sulle fattispecie codicistiche dei delitti contro la famiglia. L’analisi di quest’ultimi ha costituito la base per affrontare ulteriori tematiche, che circondano il diritto penale della famiglia come il “mobbing” e lo “stalking”. Si analizzano anche profili processuali inerenti la Legge Codice rosso (L. 19 luglio 2019, n. 69), in modo da offrire un quadro completo degli istituti e dei problemi di chi si troverà chiamato ad affrontare tale delicato settore.

If workers are to stay competitive against machines they need to train or retool existing skills. A social protection system that includes a minimum basic level of protection for workers and citizens can complement new forms of employment. Improved private sector policies to encourage startup activity and competition can help countries compete in the digital age. Governments also need to ensure that firms pay their fair share of taxes, in part to fund this new social contract. The 2019 World Development Report presents an analysis of these issues based upon the available evidence.
