Si analizzano anche i risvolti della mediazione obbligatoria per tutte le tipologie di azioni di risarcimento danni da sinistro stradale e, quindi, per: il RISARCIMENTO DIRETTO a norma dell’articolo 149 del codice delle assicurazioni; il RISARCIMENTO DEL TRASPORTATO a norma dell’articolo 141 del codice delle assicurazioni; il RISARCIMENTO AL FONDO VITTIME della strada a norma degli articoli 283 e seguenti del c.d.a. Il testo tratta anche del risarcimento danno occorso a cittadino italiano nello Stato membro estero o in Italia, a causa di un sinistro provocato da veicolo immatricolato ed assicurato nella Comunità Europea, coordinando la normativa della mediazione con quella comunitaria ed affrontando il tema delle controversie transfrontaliere.
