Mediante el presente trabajo se pretende delimitar una nocion de interes superior del nino desde el analisis de las actuaciones del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, mediante las cuales ha ejercido la defensa soberana de los derechos de ninos, ninas y adolescentes en las Americas, incluyendo a Colombia.
