Download or read book Kundalini Science written by Premyogi vajra and published by Premyogi vajra. This book was released on 2021-02-07 with total page 218 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is second part of the Kundalini science series. First and second parts are also availab;e. It is the compiled form of blog-posts. Those posts are written by Premyogi vajra, a mystic yogi. He is enlightened as well as he has his kundalini awakened. These all posts are related to kundalini. One post corresponds to one chapter. Premyogi vajra is writing about Kundalini since 3 years ago, when his kundalini awakened after one year long continued kundalini yoga meditation. He became amazed on seeing that nowhere Kundalini had been mentioned or described completely. Even Kundalini had not been defined properly. He searched and read many kundalini awakening experiences, but he found none as genuine and complete. Although he found Samadhi as mentioned in Patanjali Yoga Sutras as equivalent to Kundalini, but that was described in a mystic and ancient way that was difficult to be understood by the laymen type general public. Therefore inspired by these shortcomings, he decided to present every know-how about kundalini in very simple or childish way keeping everything at ground level, true, experiential, scientific, original, practical and intuitive. That genuine, honest and humane effort resulted into the origination of this wonderful book. That is why this book appears as a blessing for kundalini seekers. Because it is not comfortable to read so many blog posts together on glare producing screens, therefore those posts were presented in the form of a kindle e-book that is comfortable and enjoying to read. As a result, it is fully hoped that readers will find this book spiritually uplifting and comfortable to read.

Book Synopsis The Biology of Consciousness by : JJ Semple
Download or read book The Biology of Consciousness written by JJ Semple and published by LIfe Force Books. This book was released on 2014-07-03 with total page 228 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Kundalini is a biological actuality, a primordial energy in every human being that is capable of modifying DNA in a single lifetime. It’s trans-national, trans-cultural, and, most important trans-denominational. All of which speaks to a unified cosmology of life, that we are really intertwined in so many ways, in spite of the self-imposed barriers we erect to separate us from each other and from the super-consciousness that permeates all of existence. If individuals are to achieve self-actualization during a single lifetime, Kundalini will be the gating agent for this evolutionary leap. Whether it’s practicing ancient methods of meditation or newly developed methods, Kundalini is the trigger. Meditation may provide the shortest path, but there are other means of achieving the same results, including cases where individuals do absolutely nothing, but are still visited by a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. The one element all these experiences share across the board is a change in metabolism, induced by a process known as sexual sublimation, even though, in some instances, the individuals neither detect nor feel any sexual activity. Some way or other, the subject’s metabolism produces a distilled form of sexual energy that gets released into the brain, activating Kundalini, which, managed correctly, restores health, stimulates creative abilities, alters negative behavior patterns, retards the aging process, and expands consciousness. Normally, human growth proceeds in a linear pattern. However, disease, environmental factors, biochemical changes can create genetic mutations, ultimately modifying DNA. Depending on the type of stimulus, these mutations are either beneficial, harmful, or neutral. Kundalini awakenings bring about major beneficial mutations in their subjects which get passed along in DNA code to the next generation. The Biology of Consciousness examines the idea (for physical scientists, the hypothesis) that consciousness exists outside the body, always has and always will. It is the driver of evolution, among other things, what Gopi Krishna termed “the evolutionary impulse.”

Book Synopsis The Kundalini Concept by : Mary Scott
Download or read book The Kundalini Concept written by Mary Scott and published by Jain Publishing Company. This book was released on 2007-08 with total page 298 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "It is very important that we come to a clear understanding of what kundalini is and what it is not. This becomes especially important in the light of the greatly increased interest in the West in the practice of various kinds of yogas. Much harm can come in the attempts to 'arouse kundalini' if there is not the corresponding practice of progressive freedom from egocentrism. Mary Scott has done an admirable job in clarifying the subject by delving into the context in which the notions of kundalini and chakras were developed. In addition to the sympathetic reading of Aurobindo and Woodroffe, who seems to have been one of the few Westerners who tried to understand the Tantras in their Indian expositions as expounded by the Tantrik masters themselves rather than impose extraneous theories of one's own, the author brings a great deal of common sense and her own personal experience of being a searcher as well as a psychotherapist. If taken seriously, this book should provide a great challenge to the general methodology of contemporary sciences. Highly recommended for scholars and lay persons alike." --Prof. Ravi Ravindra

Download or read book unSpiritual: A Spiritual Journey written by Zzenn Loren and published by Zzenn Loren. This book was released on 2023-06-24 with total page 246 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: For some of us, there is a built-in, born-with affliction to seek and find the answers to our existence. It is not by choice. It is a gnawing, a knowing—a sacred sickness. It is a feeling so deep that it vibrates in the cells and boils in the blood. It is an intensity so unrelenting in its drive, so constant, determined, unwavering, and focused that even sleep is not safe from its scrutiny. And when it is hidden, it is simply waiting for the next attack upon its prey of falsehood. The story begins with Christopher staring at a shotgun, considering ending his life at 18. He has a born-again experience and becomes a missionary in Haiti. After escaping a Christian cult, he leaves Christianity and travels through the landscape of spirituality for 25 years. Enchanted by the song "Stairway to Heaven", he follows the inner muse into a mysterious realm that transforms his life. He chronicles a powerful human metamorphosis (kundalini) over five weeks and details how the body purges itself of psycho-emotional complexes and unleashes its spiraling power inside. This is a rare peak into the kundalini experience. This experience changes his name to Zzenn, leading him to discover his "lost chord," a style of music he calls ZzennSong. This is a tale of riveting intensity and synchronicity, sprinkled with keys of insight through the life of a modern seeker and mystic. It is a harrowing narrative for any story lover, spiritual seeker, musical artist, or survivor of childhood trauma.
