Thus, gestural language can be described as a "global language". It is concerned with the exploration of the social nature of man as well as human social gravitational forces with the help of the new research discipline "sociothesie". Thereby, the concept of a "social affected space" can be empirically substantiated. Die grundlegende empirische Studie des Autors über Systemaufstellungen mit lebensgroßen Figuren aus dem Jahr 2005 konnte 2015 auch in China realisiert werden. Er weist in diesem Buch nach, dass die Wahrnehmung der Position im Raum tatsächlich der allgemein verständlichen Semantik einer Sprache folgt und dies in China kaum anders ist als in Deutschland. Die Zeichensprache kann demnach als "Weltsprache" bezeichnet werden. Es geht um die Erforschung der sozialen Natur des Menschen sowie der humanen sozialen Schwerkräfte mit Hilfe der neuen Forschungsdisziplin "Soziothesie". Damit kann das Konzept eines "sozialen Wirkraumes" empirisch begründet werden.

Um meinem Anliegen gerecht zu werden, die Forschungsfrage möglichst objektiv zu beantworten, und um mir nicht die Möglichkeit zu nehmen, auch dem mikrosoziologischen Rahmen, der dieser Ausarbeitung zugrunde liegt, entsprechen zu können, wird Heitmeyers Desintegrationstheorie aus dem Grund Dahrendorfs und Simmels Konflikttheorie gegenübergestellt, weil sie ihr Augenmerk (unter anderem) auf das Individuum legt. Die systemfunktionalistische Theorie Parsons, welche auf Konsens aufbaut, soll hierbei nur am Rande, aber gleichsam – trotz der geringen Rezeption in meiner Arbeit – als Gegenposition Erwähnung finden und über die Kritik an dieser in die Dahrendorfsche Theorie einleiten. Einer definitorischen Einordnung und Begriffsbestimmung des sozialen Konflikts innerhalb meiner Verschriftlichung soll im Hauptteil die beschriebene theoretische Auseinandersetzung folgen und sich dieser ein Fazit anschließen, welches die Forschungsfrage nach Vergesellschaftungs- oder Desintegrationsmoment sozialer Konflikte ausreichend zu beantworten gedenkt. Anhand der Beschreibung des Konflikts um die „Dresdner Waldschlösschenbrücke“ sollen die Schlussfolgerungen meiner Seminararbeit verdeutlicht werden.

Diese Diplomarbeit mochte dazu anregen, eine Pause zwischen dem Auftreten des Konflikts und seiner Behandlung einzulegen. Dies ist insbesondere deshalb wichtig, da bei Auftreten von Konflikten in der Zusammenarbeit haufig die Tendenz besteht, Erstere ganz schnell losen oder ignorieren zu wollen. Gleichzeitig stellt jeder Konflikt eine emotionale Belastung und Stresssituation dar, in der eine beteiligte Person nicht mehr hundertprozentig handlungsfahig ist. Aus diesem Grund, ist es wichtig im Konfliktfall einen gewissen Abstand zu gewinnen, um zu verstehen und zu erkennen, was, uberhaupt geschehen ist. Das, was Konflikte verkompliziert ist, dass sie immer zu Irritationen unter den Beteiligten fuhren. Konflikte haben ein gemeinsames Merkmal; sie werden in der Regel als Storungen des alltaglichen Lebens empfunden. Diese Storungen sind immer mit Emotionen verbunden, wie innerlicher Anspannung, Druck, Angst oder Gereiztheit (vgl. Berkel 1999, 12). Durch diese Irritationen, wie sie Berkel beschreibt, kann die Funktionsfahigkeit eines Systems, wie es eine Organisation, eine Einrichtung oder ein Projekt darstellt, erheblich beeintrachtigt werden. Diesbezuglich gilt: "Nicht der Konflikt ist das Malheur, sondern die Unfahigkeit eines Menschen oder einer Organisation ihn zu regeln" (Beck und Schwarz 2000, 25). In fact, in his undertaking to re-think the entire philosophical enterprise as such and to recreate philosophy upon what he sought to be at least a satisfactorily legitimated basis, Husserl, through his already systematised and "authorized" work, and his courses, and later on in his spontaneous reflection (which did not find its way into a definitive corpus but was nevertheless sufficiently coherent with his previously established body of thought to be considered a continuation of it), uncovers perspectives upon the universe of man and projects their new philosophical thematisation that brings together all the attempts by philosophers (e. g. , Merleau-Ponty, who drew upon this material and found there his own inspiration) who succeeded him with foundational intentions; it also gives a core of philosophical ideas and insights for the youngergenerationofphilosophers today.
