William Trout (1801-1877) married twice, had children by both marriages, and died in Meaford, Ontario. Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario, New Brunswick, Ontario, British Columbia and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to Michigan, Wisconsin and Nebraska in the United States, and progeny lived in there and in Illinois, New York, Texas, California and elsewhere.
